Die Wohnung verfügt über ein LCD-Fernsehgerät mit Sat-TV, einen DVD-Player, Radio, Fön und Safe. Parkplatz, Garage und W-LAN auf Anfrage möglich. Gästen steht zudem der große Garten des Hauses mit Grill und Liegewiese, der Skikeller und kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
