We celebrated our anniversary here and it did not disappoint. It was a great location, not down town but a short walk. Our pup also enjoyed it. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay.

The cottage is in a prime location. Close to the lake, many local shops, great restaurants. We had a great stay. Kelly is kind and responsive. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. I will stay at this cottage in the future.

Well kept and supplied. It had everything we needed and then some. A/C worked great, charcoal grill was clean and they had wood on site for the fire pit. Is also close to the walking path that runs along the lake. I would definitely rent from them again.

Perfect Stay

We love the location - quick easy and walkable to the strip but far enough away for peace and quiet. Very close to the lake and walk/bike trail. Cottage was well stocked, clean and up to date. Very comfortable and QUIET.

Great quiet place to get away

Loved this area. It was so quiet and clean. Fire pit at night was a nice touch. Our family rented the House and 4 cottages at Drop Anchor. Looking forward to a return trip

Enjoyable stay at Cozy Cottage!

My husband, son, and 4-year-old grandson had a great time in this cozy cottage that had everything we needed and was situated close to good restaurants, playground, beach, and state park. Check in was easy; prompt response from host when we had a question; comfy beds; plush towels; well-equipped kitchen; large (shared) yard to play in -- everything we could want!

Loved how close this place was to the strip. Set back far enough so that you feel secluded, but close enough to all the action! Owner was absolutely amazing to work with! Would stay here again!
