Enjoy a coastal stylish experience at this residential 4 bedroom 3 full bath beach home. Recently renovated inside and out everything is new! It's just 8 short blocks to the ocean and sandy beaches, 5 miles to TPC Sawgrass Golf Course. Also lots of local restaurants, eateries, shopping, night life and much more within walking distance. Plenty of private parking on property and public parking and access to the beach if you choose to drive. Bicycles, beach chairs and beach towels provided, plus a 4-seater golf cart (additional fees). Large fenced in back yard with paver patio, table and chairs.

Hi, I'm Terry your VRBO host and thank you for your interest in our home. I've lived in Jacksonville Beach for 23 years. I'm very social and outgoing Christian lady. I love concerts, festivals, boating and the beach lifestyle. My favorite wine is Bella Glos Pinot Noir paired with grilled salmon and fresh veggies makes the perfect meal. My passion is volunteer work in my community especially with teens living in less fortunate experiences. My 13lb, 4 year old mix Terrier fur baby Lucy keeps me active with her non-stop energy. My motto in life is "You can have anything in life you want if you just help enough other people get what they want" (Zig Ziglar) ...and I dance regardless of who's watching!
