Waterfront Villa with Dockside Patio, Paddleboards & Pontoon Boat Rental option

This beautiful 2 bedroom villa faces southwest overlooking the Cooper Jack Bay eBach area intercoastal waterway, a saltwater canal that leads to South Side Marina, Turtle Lake and the Caicos Banks. There is a 3 foot tide and the canal leads to the Caicos Banks. There are beautiful homes lining the canal and it is great exercise to paddle down to the Southside Marina & Cooper Jack Bay Beach. Find your own private beach at low tide in the shallows of the caicos banks. It is absolute paradise. The Villa has two garden door walkouts to the huge oversized deck without outdoor furniture and bbq grill. The deck overlooks the ocean and there is seating at the dockside patio. There is a ladder so you can get jump in and climb out. The water is nice and warm all year long. The Deck spans the full width of the villa (50 feet x 15 feet from the villa) It is a great place to relax day or night. I love listening to the crickets at night while enjoying the nights sky. There are so many stars and the moon is always clearly visible. The Sun sets on the canal, so if you grab a seat on the dock with nice cool drink you can enjoy an amazing sunset. At night you will see a million stars as you relax outside on the deck. We love paddleboarding down the canal to Turtle Lake or Cooper Jack Bay Beach.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 2026/2027: 7 Night Minimum over Christmas OR New Years, 14 Night Minimum if you want to stay for Christmas & New Years.
Dec 20 to Dec 27 , Dec 21 to Dec 28 Dec 22 to Dec 29 so that another family can book 7 nights over New Years being Dec 27 to Jan 3/27 or Dec 28 to Jan 4th, Dec 29 to Jan 5th

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There are two Garbage Bins at the road by the 2nd gate (off Turtle Cove Road) The lids open from inside the gate, so you can walk out the back door off the dock, down to the gate to drop them
Please do all your dishes. If you have leftover items in containers or packages that you can not take with you but are still good. Please leave and the cleaners can decide if they can use them up.

A cute, comfortable villa in a quiet locations near some fantastic beaches. Comfortably fit our family of four adults and filled with great amenities - well stocked kitchen for cooking, snorkeling and LOTs of beach towels. We used the villa's paddle boards and kayaks for some enjoyable exercise to the beach - paddling with the sea turtles in the canal. The Strand beach and Land and Sea beaches are a 5 minute ride away and stunning beaches to spend time in with great restaurants. The property manager was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Paradise

The house was very clean and the tropical decor was welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Katherine is an amazing host and very informative, the binder of information was very helpful and her recommendations were great. They supplied filtered water that was always cold. Had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The beach access is just a short drive away. If you love the ocean this is the place for you, beautiful clear warm water, soft sand and calm waves. We stayed in the water for hours at a time.

Great place with dock, deck and privacy

A wonderful home base for those that like to explore the island in its entirety.House is well appointed with anything you should you should need.Kayaking and paddle boarding down the canal is a great way to start your day.All the beach accessories are an absolute BONUS… especially the UMBRELLA.Katherine is a top notch friendly host with great attention to details. She greeted us with a rum punch at the Villa and with an outlined map of the island with directions to all her recommended sights and places to explore. Her knowledge of the island gave us great insight on where to go and what to do during our stay. The profusion of turquoise water surrounding Providenciales will not disappoint.

One of the best vacations as a family ever !

Katherine was the most amazing host . Months before we came she communicated so much helpful information to us . She bent over backwards to accommodate us . She organized a car rental , paddle boards , kayaks and told us all her favorite spots not to miss . While there , she was quick to answer all our questions and helped us with so much . Josie greeted us with refreshments and also gave us amazing insight of the island. The house was clean and so nice . We cooked a lot and felt so comfortable and safe and happy . The beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed there .

Island Paradise

When we first stumbled upon this villa on vrbo it seemed almost too good to be true. But everything was as perfect and really exceeded our expectations. Kathrine is the most thoughtful, gracious host. she provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs, with an amazing center island and a spacious living room with a flat-screen LG TV. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable, bathrooms and outside patio are excellent. The location is incredible not too far from everything on the island. Also has a beautiful view of the canal. The entire villa has a built-in A/C unit which kept us warm and cozy. Kathrine was very helpful during our stay from booking straight to check out. She was happy to help with anything we needed, even assisting us in buying groceries and booking us for an extra night. She went above and beyond to make our long week trip worth it. We will most definitely book this beautiful island getaway again in the future. Rafana & Friends
