The house is surrounded by a 1000 sqm large, enclosed garden plot. The property is surrounded by a fence. The landlord lives in the neighboring house. To your own use available: terrace, table tennis, sunbathing area, sunlounger, garden furniture, garden shower, barbecue possibilities and campfire place. For shared use: outdoor pool (seawater, 4 mx 8 m, 1.6 m deep). The pool area is suitable for weather conditions from June to mid-September.

Ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed on the couch / sofa is possible, sitting area, dinette (6 places) and tv. Kitchen (10 sqm) with gas stove (2 flames), dishwasher, refrigerator (60 l), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and access to the balcony.
