Modern apartment in the vineyards of Baden-Baden

The 3-room apartment was lovingly renovated at the beginning of the year. A beautiful new kitchen, where you can cook deliciously and spend cozy time, was only installed six months ago. An apartment to relax and unwind. At the gates of Baden-Baden, your wellness home is in one of the most beautiful and warmest regions in Germany. Surrounded by vineyards, nestled between the Black Forest heights and the phenomenal view over the Rhine plain to France.

The large bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed. The second smaller bedroom has two single beds. Kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and cooking utensils are ideal for cooking delicious dishes. A microwave, coffee maker and kettle is also provided. In the living room there is a cozy living area that can be pulled out to a double bed. A balcony with a view of the beautiful Bürgergarten invites you to sit together comfortably. The top floor apartment is 90 square meters in size and in a prime location to explore the city and surroundings.

Second First floor, only stairs, no elevator.

We provide bed linen, towels, wifi and a hair dryer.

Schöner Aufenthalt in tollem Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig, stilvoll und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab aber dennoch nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Viele kleine Extras haben uns dort erwartet, die nicht selbstverständlich sind. So gab es nicht nur Wasser auf den Nachttischen, Bier im Kühlschrank, sondern auch Knabbereien, Tee, Kaffeekapseln etc. Besonders toll fanden ein die super bequemen Betten. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein kleiner öffentlicher Spielplatz und zum Bäcker/Cap-Markt etc sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war schon im Voraus sehr nett. Sie hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr herzlich empfangen und uns nicht nur das Apartment gezeigt, sondern uns auch einige hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.

Très beau logement près de Baden-Baden

Appartement moderne, très propre, situé au 1er étage d'une maison au bord de la route ; les propriétaires logeant au rez-de-chaussée. Situé idéalement pour rayonner entre Europa Park, Francfort, Mayence, Stuttgart, Strasbourg, Colmar, les châteaux tels Heidelberg et Hohenzollen, les vignobles et évidemment la forêt noire. Très bon accueil de Renata, possibilité de communiquer avec elle en anglais par Whatssap ou de sonner chez elle. Petits biscuits, petites bouteilles d'eau, chocolats et champagne en arrivant. Des oublis dans la cuisine (passoire, plats pour le four, plusieurs torchons), on devait être les premiers, mais Renata a rapidement et gentiment comblé les manques :) Pas de lave-linge dans l'appartement mais possibilité d'utiliser celui de la maison situé au sous-sol (lessive fournie), ainsi que le sèche linge. Très utile lorsqu’on a des enfants ou quand on reste plus d'une semaine. Linge de maison (draps, torchons, serviettes) fourni. Extérieur pour les enfants au pied de la maison (petit parc municipal très calme), avec notamment une balançoire et une table de ping-pong (Raquettes et balles mises à disposition par les propriétaires). Tv avec PS4 et possibilité de lire des DVD. Sympa lorsqu'il pleut ! Literie propre et confortable. Épicerie à 2 minutes à pied, ainsi qu'une boucherie. Aldi et Lidl à 10 minutes en voiture. Avons passé un très beau séjour, on s'y sentait bien, comme chez nous. Merci à Renata pour sa disponibilité, sa discrétion et sa gentillesse.
