Bett), ein Wohnzimmer mit Sat-TV, Flachbildschirm und Kachelofen, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine, Bad mit Dusche/WC und Balkon. Babygerechte Ausstattung möglich. Frühstücksbuffet gegen Aufpreis möglich. Tischtennisraum mit großem Fußballkicker, große Liegewiese mit Liegen und Grill und ein separater Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Kostenloses Reiten am Hof und auf Wunsch Kinderbetreuung. Separates Kinderspielzimmer, Aufenthaltsraum, eigener schattiger Kinderspielplatz mit Baumhaus, großem Trampolin und Lagerfeuerstelle.
