Lovely modern apartment in a fantastic location

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment in Los Marinos. The location is fabulous, so close to shops, beach, restaurants, we had no trouble parking (March). The pool is a few steps away and was warmer than the sea! The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, great shower, very comfortable bed, great view from the balcony. Key handover was efficient and friendly, communication with owner also effficient. I would recommend this to any couple wanting a break in Lanzarote

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Meerblick

Anlage liegt sehr gut in Puerto del Carmen. Promenade und Restaurants sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass der Pool im Moment saniert wurde. Wenn er mal fertig ist, dann wird das Mega.

Wir haben unseren 14tägigen Urlaub in dem Appartement und in der Anlage Los Mariones vebracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Darüber hinaus hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und der Balkon war schön bepflanzt was uns auch gut gefallen hat. Die ganze Abwicklung und Kommunikation rund um die Buchung und Übergabe der Schlüssel war auf allen Ebenen auch sehr gut. Wir würden das Appartement bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Lovely appartment & pool with nice views.

Overall our experience was very good. A few niggles like the bed pillows were naff, only a table top ironing board and the iron leaked so couldn't be used with steam. Great sea views but the price was steep slopes/ steps to get to sea level! We got cabs that were plentiful and cheap when getting to the strip and beaches. However, the shopping centre and harbour were easily walkable.

Goed uitgerust appartement, je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel vriendelijke mevrouw om in te checken. Zwembad was redelijk koud.

Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated with stunning sea views. Only a few things that slightly let it down for us; For a two week stay an oven would have been appreciated, no clean bedding for the second week and more pillows required.

This was our second visit to this apartment and definitely wont be our last it is a ideal location close to all the shops and bars but very quiet. Rudi looked after us when we asked for a fan for the hot nights and was easily contactable throughout our stay we will be returning this year and many years to come . Cheers Michael & Pamela
