The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and the living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa for those with extra guests. Enjoy a full-size kitchen to prepare the perfect beach picnic or family meal that is fully equipped with whatever you may need.
The property has a laundry room on the 1st floor that uses an app with credit card payment. The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed.
