Large south-facing terrace overlooking the coastal forest, large playground. This apartment is equipped with a real wood fireplace.

The house and the facilities are new and furnished to a high standard. The center is only a few hundred meters. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
