Description of the accommodation

We warmly welcome you to our house in the small town of Strassen. A beautiful village, framed by high mountains, not far from the sunny city of Lienz and South Tyrol.
You have the ground floor and the gardens for sole use available.

Our house, built in 2018, is located in a sunny location with an unobstructed view of the mountains and offers you modern and high-quality equipment.

The many floor-to-ceiling windows and doors give you plenty of light and sunshine with views as far as the Lienz Dolomites, the Sextener Dolomites and the Carnic Ridge.

The house has two bedrooms with double beds, floor to ceiling windows and spacious boxes, a kitchen with island, a large dining room table and chairs and a living room, which includes a comfortable couch and a TV (65 inches). The bathroom has both a bath to relax and a shower.

The large terrace is equipped with seating, where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. You will also find there an electric grill.

A garden with lawn and shrubs where sun loungers for sun worshipers are waiting for you after a beautiful mountain hike. In addition, you can still relax in the approximately 36 degrees hot Jacuzzi on the terrace, which is only for you for sole use.

Our house is an insider tip for the discerning, who do not want to miss anything on holiday. The noble interior and the fully equipped kitchen with utensils and cooking utensils let hobby cuisine conjure up great meals. Always there is the magnificent view of the Dolomites.

Our house has a private, wide access road with 2 parking spaces (one of them as a garage)
In winter, you will find numerous ski lifts, cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs in the immediate vicinity.
There are countless hiking opportunities, gondolas and chairlifts ready.

Here in East Tyrol there are many areas that have remained natural and untouched.
East Tyrol is a mountainous country through and through. We find, the most beautiful in Austria. Those who rather avoid mass tourism and want to experience an original mountain world, where tourist development has been very modest and loves the traditional, will surely experience a wonderful holiday here.
