The villa consists of several apartments, each with its own private entrance, making it a flexible choice for different group sizes. We offer the property as three apartments, ideal for larger groups traveling together while still enjoying their own space. Two of these apartments can be combined into one larger unit and share a generous, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, lounge, Smart TV, and a children’s corner – a welcoming central space to gather.



The layout is as follows:



- On the ground floor, there is a spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms, a private kitchen, dining area, and multiple bathrooms.

- In addition, there are two apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, which share a large, communal kitchen and living area.



All apartments are furnished with solid, warm materials. Most rooms feature a Smart TV, and each unit has at least one fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, and coffee machine. Families with young children are well catered for, with baby cots, high chairs, and a play area available.



Outside, you’ll find a large garden in a quiet, slightly elevated area behind the house. Children can play on the trampoline, slide, or with outdoor toys, while you relax with a good book or enjoy long summer evenings by the barbecue or fire pit. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby tennis and beach volleyball facilities, and the forest is quite literally around the corner. Perfect for walks or mushroom picking.



In winter, the location is just as appealing: the chairlift to Čertova Hora is about 1.2 km away, and a children’s lift is only 500 meters from the house. The ski bus stops within walking distance. Once the snow melts, Harrachov turns into a lively mountain village with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, and other outdoor activities.
