Peace and pure nature! The terraced house is located on a large, natural plot at the edge of the forest and is very quiet, and at the same time in close proximity to the beach and marina.
If you love nature and seek tranquility, you are in the right place in Jabel. Only a few kilometers away from the well-known health resort Waren (Müritz) lies the small village directly on the Jabelschen lake in the middle of the Mecklenburger Seenplatte. Around Jabel you will find very well-developed cycling and hiking trails. In this apartment in south-facing slope you can enjoy your holiday right on the edge of the forest with lake view,

Haus ok, Preis zu hoch
Das Ferienhaus ist insgesamt betrachtet ganz ok, bietet viel Platz, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und relativ gut/ruhig gelegen.
Negativ fällt allerdings auf, dass sowohl das Haus und vor allem die Einrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Defekte und kaputte Gegenstände (Couch, Dusche, Wäscheständer, Fliegengitter...) sind auch leider eher unprofessionell (z.B. mit Pflaster) oder gar nicht repariert. Ich würde das Haus auch niemandem mit kleinen Kindern empfehlen, da es generell keine Sicherungen irgendeiner Art gibt und durch diverse Defekte an Mobiliar weitere Gefahrenquellen lauern.
Zudem sind bei Abreise im Haus noch relativ viele Dinge selbst zu erledigen (Müll entsorgen, Staubsaugen, Betten abziehen etc.).
Zu dem angebotenen Preis kann ich dieses Ferienhaus leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass das Ferienhaus nicht vollständig Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Wir hätten jedoch Ihre Kritik gerne direkt nach Ihrer Ankunft erhalten, um eine Nachbesserung durchführen zu können und Ihnen zum Beispiel einen neuen Wäscheständer direkt zu bringen oder defekte Fliegengitter auszutauschen. Gerne hätten wir Ihnen dadurch einen angenehmeren Urlaub ermöglicht. Bei Bedarf sind größere Reparaturen leider während der Hauptsaison nur schwer kurzfristig durchzuführen, da diese oft auch mit längeren Lieferzeiten oder ähnlichem verbunden sind. Hierfür bitten wir höflichst im Nachhinein für Ihr Verständnis. Trotzdem sind wir Ihnen für Ihre Mitteilungen sehr dankbar, um für Abhilfe und Besserung sorgen zu können, damit es zukünftig möglichst keinen Anlass zur Verärgerung mehr gibt.

Solides Ferienhaus
Das Haus bietet hinreichen Raum für 8 Personen. Die Lage ist gut, in 5 Min. Ist man am See. Das Haus war sauber und der Kontakt vor der Reise war gut. Bei der Küchenausstattung ist Luft nach oben, das Fernsehgerät war kein Smart-TV und das Internet war lahm. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die gesamte Ferienhazssiedlung ist sehr gepflegt und die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu Unternehmungen.
