PENTHOUSE BERMUDA BEACH 3 is a very spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with plenty of space for up to 6 people! On a total of 260m² (140m�� inside + 120m² terraces) the apartment offers enough space with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the coast to Africa / Gibraltar!
In the entrance floor is the large and sunny living room with dining area and frontal sea view next to the kitchen with a guest toilet. The living room has direct access to the huge 80m² partially covered main terrace with outdoor dining table, lounge furniture set and 4 (!) Sunbeds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs are all 3 bedrooms, with 2 frontal panoramic sea views and patio access. The master bedroom has en-suite full bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a shower room in the hallway.
At the top there is even a large roof terrace.
The complex EL MIRADOR DE BERMUDA BEACH is located on the public bathing beach of Costa Galera and offers extensive garden area with large pool area with 2 pools: one for adults and one for children.
Small supermarket on the opposite side of the road, more supermarkets within 1.5km., As well as a small spa / fitness center in 400 meters with practice golf course!
The nearest village is at 2.5 km. The distance to the city of Estepona is 4 km. 5 golf courses within 4 km. Beautiful marina at 3 km.
