Welcome to Caroline at Bahay Condos, newly built in 2020. Located in a high-value area, Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen. This Condominium can accommodate up to 4 people: its 2 rooms have a king-size bed for 2 people. In addition, it has a safe, closet, 2 bathrooms, a terrace with a Jacuzzi and a kitchenette on your terrace. Your kitchen has everything you need to cook, a dining area off the kitchen, a screen room, and a washer/dryer.

The Bahay Condos offer a lovely ocean view from the long rooftop pool, great for lap swimming. You'll also find ample lounge chairs to soak up all the sunny days. There is also a fitness center with plenty of equipment to satisfy your workout needs. A shared elevator provides easy access to this rooftop area. Plus, there are only 30 units in the whole building, so the common areas should not be crowded.

Within a few blocks of walking distance from this condo, you will find the tree-lined 38th St. with the most bohemian restaurants and bars of Playa. Also, nearby on 5th Ave. you will find the restaurant Hijas de la Tostada, the wine shop/bar Off The Vine, a spectacular handcraft art boutique Tierra Huichol, and the delicious cafe boutique Ah Cacao, among many other charming businesses.

For your arrival, we offer an airport transportation service at an extra cost from the Cancun Airport, which is only a 45-minute drive away. Our concierge will greet you at the condo and can offer you services from grocery shopping to babysitting, tour bookings, restaurant reservations, and more.
