My Place is located in 38th street and 5th avenue. super convenient cute little place and super comfortable and cozy! my location is amazing right downtown and restaurants everywhere and shops anything is possible. you will enjoy in this beautiful streets so much big trees and cute shops beautiful area. the most beach is only 2 minutes away from my place and the walk is super nice... lots of choices.

Quaint little studio

This studio is very unique and charming. It has a great big bed and charming decor. It’s actually two floors connected by narrow, steep steps, so I would caution families with small children or adults with bad knees from renting. All able bodied adults would find the studio appealing and sufficient for a vacation getaway. Recommendations to owner to make it an exceptional stay: proactively provide check-in instructions. Update or fix the dining table in the kitchenette as it is very wobbly.
