Beautiful of the development include rooftop infinity pool with a bar, beds, shade, beautiful ocean view. Gym, movie theater, kids club, children pool in the ground level, beautiful gardens inside, restaurant, lobby with 24 hours concierge, a lot of parking around. Unit has everything you need for your comfortable stay, balcony with patio furniture. Just a great place to stay. Brand new build in 2017 studio with fully equipped kitchen in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. The most convenient location you can imagine. 4 blocks 7 minutes walk to the beach and 5th Avenue with hundreds of shops and restaurants. Supermarket across the street, restaurants all around.
