The offered holiday home is the middle house within a small complex of three row houses, which were completed in 2006 in Heiligendamm on the Baltic Sea.
These are completely independent complete townhouses, each with its own entrance, which have been created in a staggered construction over two levels.
The ensemble of houses successfully combines the classic spa architecture of the Baltic Sea coast with that of a modern new building.
The houses are located in the small garden street - a little-used residential street - directly in the beautiful Heiligendamm.
Heiligendamm (actually a district of Bad Doberan) is located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania near Rostock, more precisely between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn directly on the Baltic Sea coast.
The exterior straightforwardness of the house continues inside, where high-quality materials and simple colors dominate.
The living room, the fitted kitchen and the bathroom with attached sauna are on the ground floor.
The upper floor has a bedroom and another small room, which can be used as a children's room or second bedroom.
Starting from the living room there is a sunny terrace facing west behind a protected beech hedge, which invites you to barbecue or sunbathe in summer.
Thanks to the advantageous sky orientation and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas, the house is flooded with light.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals; the small dishwasher quickly does the dishes.
The in-house fireplace and sauna in the house offer a cozy, cozy atmosphere even in bad weather or in the cold season, so that the guest feels comfortable in every season.
