About this property

Vacation apartment/apartment for 5 guests with 94m² in Spelle (29172)

Arrive - relax - enjoy - relax.

With this motto we invite you to spend your vacation on our holiday farm "Aa-Loop" in Spelle, in the southern part of the Emsland. The farm is centrally located, but in a quiet area to the "Speller Aa". From here, well-developed and extensive bicycle and hiking trails invite you to exercise in the great outdoors. The Emsland route runs in close proximity to our farm.

Our range:

Our apartment "Alter Bullenstall" is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. With a size of 94m³ it can accommodate up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room invite you to a cozy meal and social get-together. The bathroom is barrier-free. Nursing beds, lifters and other aids that make your stay more pleasant are available or can be organized in consultation.

A large courtyard area with a playground, trampoline, nest swing and lots of play equipment to let off steam for the children, or quiet seating areas to relax.

A multi-purpose room is available for social gatherings of our guests. This is equipped with a table football and many board games, as well as a projector and screen for an individual movie night.

Explore our large vegetable and orchard, where snacking is expressly encouraged.

sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt

wir waren ein Wochenende in Spelle und haben uns sehr wohl bei Fam. Lambers gefühlt! Die FeWo sind top ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gemütlich. Zudem liegen sie günstig, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder dort einchecken, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!
