A small modern resort in German hands (built in 2018) with only 6 apartments directly Central in Tias, which are also agreed as a family.
All apartments are south-facing and have their own sheltered terrace with awning, so ideal for sunbathers.
Nearby there are several bus stops that go in different directions of the island. Restaurants, fitness center, sports center, supermarkets, bakery, butcher, banks, pharmacy, medical center and other shops.

Our administration is available to you over the weekdays from 8:00 am to midnight. 15:00 available in German, English, Spanish.

Rules & Guidelines:
Arrival time from 14 clock.
Departure time until 11 o'clock, extension by arrangement.
Smoking only allowed in the smoking area.
No pets.
No parties or events.
The facility is only for the registered guests of Villa Roja.
Your apartment is thoroughly cleaned when you move in,
with fresh linen and fresh towels.
Towels are only intended for the apartment. Outside you have to bring your own towels.
For every booking a final cleaning is required.
If you want a daily cleaning so on-site with the administration for a fee to vote.

Important:
1. Please let us know when you are about to arrive, so that we can receive you.
Otherwise, a longer waiting time could be incurred.
Second Day guests must be registered in advance and a fee will be charged.
