The apartment has a size of 85 m3, free Wi-Fi, a large covered terrace and is very comfortably furnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen with sitting area. In the living room you will find a high quality single couch and a double couch that can be used as extra beds. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. In the bathroom you can use the shower also as a steam sauna. The toilet is separate. In summer our covered, heated pool and the Pyhrn-PrielCard with many free services are available.

Our house is located in a central, quiet location and has been awarded by the Private Room Association with the rating of 4 Edelweiss. We offer our guests an apartment and three double rooms with garden and pool use. Summer and winter, it is an ideal starting point for any activity. Only 200 meters to the Höss gondola lift, 400 meters to the Kneipp facility, outdoor pool, mini golf and tennis hall, our house is very centrally located. In the immediate vicinity are children's playground, Alpineum, paraglider landing, Höss-Halle, trail entrance, bus stop, shops and inns. You can park your car right in front of the house.
