The apartment is equipped with an entrance hall, shower, separate toilet, a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, dining area, a living room with pull-out couch and TV, a double bedroom with balcony and a children's room with 3 single beds. The apartment is on the 1st Floor.

We invite you to an unforgettable holiday on our holiday farm in the middle of the Kalkalpen National Park. Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and the beautiful nature in our region. Feel well in our cozy apartments with spacious living room with satellite TV, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet, some with balcony and dishwasher. In our large playground with swing, sandpit, trampoline, cable car and swimming pool, there is no boredom among the children. Have fun with the little guests with the Bobby Cars, children's tractors, scooters and go-karting. The children are welcome to ride a round on the tractor and help feed the animals. It gets fun in our haystack tower with climbing wall. During the summer months we have a campfire once a week. Explore the beautiful nature in our region with our e-bikes. We have a women's bike with child seat and a gentleman's bike on request to borrow. Our wellness room with infrared cabin, steam shower and relaxing loungers invites you to relax. We recommend the sauna in the Troatkasten after an eventful winter's day.
