Great location but lacking in everything else

This condo is perfectly located. We expected it to be small so were not surprised. But we had planned to sleep on the advertised fold-out couch. Unfortunately, there were no blankets making that very uncomfortable. We asked Vacasa for help multiple times but just received automated replies. The blow dryer didn't work, there was no TV remote, the cabinet in the bathroom was falling apart and the closet door had fallen off. You get what you pay for with this unit.

The property itself was great. However, my reservation was handled by a local property manager named Mike. I never got any codes to access my room, the local team had a mix up and was nonhelpful. Mike was rude and never once apologized for the delay in getting us checked in. We finally got a room and it was dirty, I called Mike and he never answered, had to text him and beg for help. Instead of apologizing he wanted me to leave and give me a refund. It took two hours after check in for us to finally have access to the room we booked. The corp office was great but the local staff was horrible
