As described. Perfectly clean despite being very outdated. Pros: clean, location, as described, perfectly suitable in many instances Cons: dark, humidifier was broken and it’s very dry, no available plugs next to beds and very few plugs available elsewhere, cheaper outdated furniture

Awesome location

Great location! Room is dated, but price reflected that. Beds were comfortable, price was good. This is NOT a five star property - so if that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. However if you’re looking for a cheap place to crash that is comfortable and clean this is the ticket.

Only downside was we couldn’t figure out the garage to park underneath. We were able to park outside with the pass but it was pretty cold (low single digits with a Tesla) so would have been nice to park in the garage.

Great Communication

The property managers were fabulous. You receive a video link to your packet pick up location and they were great with a special request that we had. The building location was good--not too hard to walk to the lifts or restaurants. The free parking was very helpful. Great value.

No surprises

Location to the mountain overruled any negatives to be honest. If you’re looking for luxury, this is probably not your best option as the rooms need some serious updating. It had everything my family of 3 needed for a great weekend. Pretty noisy until late from the village happenings. Ski lockers are great, hot tub was great, there’s even a gym if that strikes your fancy.

Good value property for non-cooking groups

Copper Vacations was wonderful and we were able to check into our unit early which was very much appreciated. The unit was not updated in any way which was why it was inexpensive compared to other ski condos in the area. We very much appreciated this because we did not plan to spend much time in the room. If you use this particular property, remember that there is a college size refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker with some dishes and no oven or stove top to do any actual cooking. Fortunately, I premade eggs and chili so we were all set.

Comfortable Cozy, but..

Beautiful place, but stuck in the 80's. Very comfortable seating and beds. Could use an overhaul on the television's though. Flat screens are super cheap and WAY better definition than a box/tube TV. Watching football on the tv's was painful. Also, you could use a couple USB A/C outlets to welcome guests to the 21st century. All these upgrades, less than 500 but a world of difference to your guests.

Ski Trip

This place is a great location with not too long a walk to the slopes. However, I reached out over four times to the owner, and never once heard back from him. The Check-in process was extremely confusing and we had to call security to let us in, as the owner would not respond. There was no soap or shampoo, and it was obvious that the room had not been updated since it was bought decades ago. We reached out numerous times to the owner with questions and never heard from them once. The place is in a pretty good location with restaurants and bars nearby, and a short walk to the slopes. The parking situation did not make any sense either, and we could not get in contact with the owner to resolve our inability to get a parking permit, which led to us getting a parking ticket. This room has not been updated in a very long time, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were paper thin. It has a great balcony with great views of the slopes and village. Hot tub and sauna were also very nice.

Details

Sure, you can say you have internet, but that doesn't mean it's a high speed internet. 25 mbps download that drops signal frequently, is not good. I raised the issue and was simply told they are working on it. I won't book this again. I am a developer and I need decent and reliable internet. Also, the ice maker . . . doesn't. I raised the issue and was told the managers would be made aware. Really? How about fixing it? I know that's a novel idea, but I think if were in the business of leasing my place to people, I'd pay attention to detail. You should have a backup ice maker or someone under contract to provide one within a day.

Easy to rent

It was very easy to work with this property. Check in was easy and they were able to quickly get us a second parking pass when needed. Great location, about a 4 minute walk to center village restaurants and lifts. There is a hot tub on site. The thermostat was not working for us, but can easily be fixed.

Room vs Property

The location and Outdoor property is gorgeous. That said the room I was given was terrible. The add showed a Keurig in the room, but there was none in my room. The Bed comforters were dirty, with stains on them. Only one of the dresser drawers worked properly. The table for eating was broken and had to be replaced in order for me to use it. The carpets needed cleaning. there was no security latch on the door to my room and there were gaps along the top and side of the door. I have stayed in budget hotels that were better. I am sure that VRBO will not be my first choice for my next stay.
