Great rental. Clean and had all amenities needed. Highly recommend. Parking is never an issue. Location is perfect to walk to the beach and local eats. Michael is very responsive and property is very welcoming.

A view of the bay

This is our 2nd time staying at Michael’s place. Great rooftop for enjoying the bay view having coffee in the morning. This is a newer place and clean. Convenient spot. It is the 2nd floor unit with nice views.

Very nice top floor apartment

This is a very nice space with great views of the bay. Clean and new appliances and furnishings. Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The owner was in touch but we really didn’t need anything. Will rent again.

Perfect for our family!

Perfect fit for our family of 4. Two bedrooms, pull out sofa. Nice and clean, everything we needed and all within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk.
