The apartment Nautic Lounge 20 has been completely renovated and is perfect for your family vacation with up to 4 people. In addition, the house is located within walking distance from the beach and the center. Dogs are welcome.

Of course you should not miss your faithful four-legged friend even on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to extensive Gassi tours. Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches, where your dog can let off steam. The large and fenced garden is ideal for romping and playing.

The house offers pure relaxation on two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with a spacious dining area and a modern and open kitchen, which is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Large sliding doors allow direct access to the terrace and thus to the garden. Also located on the ground floor is a small bedroom with a comfortable day bed (0.80 width), which can be pulled out as a double bed (1.60 width). Through the patio door you have direct access from here to the back of the garden. There is also a modern, internal bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large vanity and a towel radiator. The staircase leads directly to the upper floor and thus into the second bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 width) and bathroom en suite, which has a shower tray. The washing machine and the dryer in the common utility room can be used free of charge.

For the community entertainment in the evening, a large flat screen TV in the living room. All bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen TVs. Wi-Fi access and a radio are also part of the entertainment.

Nicht für 4 Erwachsene geeignet

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet! Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen angemeldet, konnten aber, wegen Krankheit nur zu 3 anreisen. Darüber waren wir bei Ankunft fast froh, denn das zweite Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist nicht für zwei erwachsene geeignet!! Das schmale Bett ist zwar zum ausziehen, aber dann ist das Zimmer komplett ausgefüllt. Einen Schrank gibt es nicht, sodass man dann aus dem Koffer leben muss Für kleine Kinder ist das sicher ok, aber nicht für erwachsene! Es wäre ratsam, das in der Beschreibung zu erwähnen

Urlaubsreise

Die Unterkunft hat für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern eine schöne Größe und vor allem zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer auf zwei Etagen. Die Küche bietet allen Komfort fast wie Zuhause. Die nähe zum Strand ist super und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Gute Lage, sehr schöne Terrasse. Sauber und gut in Schuss. Leider hatten wir nach 2 Tagen kein WLAN mehr. 1 bis 2 vernünftige Küchenmesser fehlten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Auf den ersten Blick...

eigentlich eine hübsche Wohnung, die strandnah gelegen ist aber dennoch ruhig, mit Essensgelegen in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten "um die Ecke". Aber...die Treppe war ungesaugt, es befanden sich noch sämtliche Hundehaare und Dreck drin, Wollmäuse unter dem Bett im 1. OG, im Bad (1.OG) knickt der Duschschlauch ständig ab...traurig bei der teuren Armatur. Unter dem Beistellschrank ein nicht abgedichtetes Abflussrohr vom alten Waschtisch, auch die Eckventile sind noch drin. Wenn man schon was neu macht dann auch richtig. Im EG im kleinen Zimmer stinkt der Teppich nach Erbrochenem und die Haare im Bettkasten sind nicht gerade der Bringer. Bei beiden WCs war der WC Deckel lose, und in der Küche von der Küchenschrankbeleuchtung summt der Transformator als ob der bald hoch geht. Das Flurlicht funktionierte nicht, da die Lampen durchgebrannt waren. Alles in allem eine zweckmäßige BUDE, ,bei der in Corona Zeiten leider nichts gemacht wurde. Schade denn es könnte eigentlich ganz schön sein. So aber eher weniger. Auch das es "nur" eine normale Filterkaffeemaschine gibt, einen höllenlauten Geschirrspüler und eine komplett fehlpositionierte Mikrowelle machen das Ganze nicht gerade wett. Der Garten ist ungepflegt, das dort aufgebaute Kinderspielhaus ist Morsch und abgesperrt. Positiv ist anzumerken, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt...und ja...drei Schlafplätze....und der Hund kann mit.
