Your family and friends will make lots of unforgettable summer memories in this dog-friendly townhouse. The location of this coastal gem and community cannot be beaten! The nearest beach access is 0.7 of a mile walk under the Indian River Bridge to the ocean.

This retreat boasts not one, but five balconies with incredible views of the water from every angle! Sit out and watch the boats on Rehoboth Bay with a cold summer beverage. The open-concept space allows the entire family to lounge about with ease. The living area is filled with natural light and hosts comfortable sofas and a large TV. When mealtime comes around, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with delicious meals cooked in the fully appointed kitchen. Each bedroom is located on its own level and comes with its own bathroom (all updated in 2022) for convenience and privacy.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are many stairways to each level of this townhouse with no elevator. Please keep the stairs in mind when you book this great vacation property.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental; however, beds are not made in advance of guest stays.
Boats cannot be parked at the property. HOA does not allow boat parking and items may be towed.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
