Downtown Rehoboth shops, restaurants, the boardwalk and beaches are within 2 miles north; and Delaware State Parks are located within 3 miles north and south. A sunroom touts a lot of seating and a full-size sleeper sofa in addition to the 3 bedrooms, An outdoor patio boasts 2 firepits, chairs and canopy umbrellas to relax while not at the beach. In 2020 a heated Salt water pool was added for the private use of the renters. This home is less than 10 mins walking time to Chesapeake Street Beach.

Why they chose this property
This property is in Dodds addition Rehoboth Beach. It is often referred to the forgotten mile between Rehoboth and Dewey. It’s east of route 1 and quiet. The neighbors are wonderful and you are walking and/or biking distance to the beach, downtown Dewey or Rehoboth. It has great convenience, a ton of parking and the feel of an oasis. It’s just fancy enough, it’s clean and new but liveable... so you can truly relax during your time away.
