Magnificent 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with in ground pool in beautiful Silver Lake neighborhood- which is .5 miles to the beach (10 minute walk). Also a nice walk into downtown.

Important Disclosure: There is a minimum rental price of $3,500.00 plus any additional fees. For example, if the posted nightly rate is $500.00, guests are required to reserve the home for 7 nights or 7 x $500 = $3,500.00. For a shorter 4 night long weekend type stay, the rental price will be increased (4 x $875.00) to get to $3,500.00 total. Owner will revise price quote and submit adjusted rental price to potential guests for approval.

Newly constructed, two-story contemporary-style home. Private in-ground 28 foot pool with a porch over-looking the pool. Porch offers outdoor dining space as well. Upscale finishes throughout including white oak floors, and marble and tile baths. Ample natural light.

The first floor features an open floor plan, living room, kitchen, den, dining area, master en suite bath plus one additional hallway half bath. Six additional bedrooms on the second floor plus three full baths and bonus wet-bar area. Wrap around open-air porch off the front of the second floor with separate entrance. The two front bedrooms and bath on the second floor may be closed-off from the rest of the second floor - a perfect option private space for a separate in-law suite, or extended family/friends accommodations.

Upscale counters and appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for preparing family meals and entertaining. Kitchen island has additional seating. Soaring ceilings in the gorgeous extra-large living area featuring large flat screen TV, and dining area. Wall of custom doors overlook the pool and porch areas.

Expansive lower level with gaming table and and laundry, as well as play areas for children.

Wifi, Roku TV's, plus parking pass for the beach, if requested.

The house comfortably accommodated our 14 family and friends with 7 BRs and a nice basement. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults alike and the outdoor furniture was plentiful for all to enjoy. Walking distances to Rehoboth Beach and Dewey were not excessive especially for the kids. All enjoyed their stay!

Great vacation home

Awesome house!

The house was amazing, the pool and outside area with the TV was enjoyed by all as we watched the PGA Championship. Looking forward to staying at the same property next year for our golf trip. Great location as well with Dewey downtown in walking distance.

I highly recommend this beautiful new beach home. It was the perfect home base for our large, multigenerational family. The kids loved the pool, basketball hoop, basement play areas and tech/entertainment features, while the adults appreciated it’s convenient location, the covered outdoor sitting area, outdoor shower, and how new and clean the whole home feels. The host was gracious and responsive.

We stayed at this wonderful Rehoboth Beach house for the 3rd time when we needed a winter escape. Previously we had been in the summer, but even in the winter it never disappoints! The open living areas are very inviting, the kitchen is fantastic for cooking up family meals, and the pool deck is an absolute highlight (we used it less this visit, but typically we spend hours out there relaxing in the summer by the pool). The house is always super clean and well stocked (owners and property manager also responsive if anything does come up). Never had any issues with beds previously- but my wife did notice this time around that the mattresses seemed new and were very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a perfect vacation spot!

The property is great for larger families. Lots of high end amenities. Was not close to the beach, older adults couldn’t walk that far. Was a short drive and the parking passes were provided. Would stay again.

Spent a long weekend in this beautiful, spacious home with 13 of my closest friends and we had the best time. Upon entering the home, it was very clean, with everything you could possibly need for a stay. This home had a lot of thought put into it, and the amount of space in the house was plenty for 14 women! Courtney was very responsive, and so was the property manager during our stay. A quick walk to the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and quick drive to Dewey restaurants and nightlife, it was in the perfect location. Hopefully one day I will have another reason to stay at this house again, as it was such a treat, like a resort away from home in good ole Rehoboth. It was hard to leave! Thank you Courtney for truly making my weekend and allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

Family Beach Week

Perfect rental for a perfect weekend

I had close family and friends with me for a small beach wedding on Bethany Beach. We found this house so we could all stay together and allow our families to meet for the first time. The house itself was perfect! Spacious so we weren’t on top of one another, and accommodations like the pool that gave us something to do when we weren’t in Rehoboth. We all absolutely loved our stay!

Home has all you need for a great vacation

The home has an amazing rec room equiped with pool table, ping pong table, toys, video equipment, with lots of space for whatever activity. Our family found the pool adequate for all around family safety. There was plenty of outside seating and inside entertainment. All bedrooms were clean and large with a downstairs bedroom and an upstairs suite. Everyone in our family was happy.

Family Summer Vacation

The house is brand new plenty of space for 12-15 people. The property manager was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house could use more furniture in the main family room for when everyone is hanging out and the mattress could use an upgrade. Other than that it’s a great location and was a great time.

The house is large and having a pool was wonderful! The basement was great for toddlers to run around on several rainy days!The furnishings in the first floor were easy to use. The bedrooms sizes were also ample. However the bedrooms were not well appointed. In the first floor primary, no dresser, nightstands very flimsy, and worst of all, the beds in every bedroom were unbelievably uncomfortable! Extremely bad, thin mattresses made each adult wake up with back pain. Also while I’m very aware that utensils in a rental are never particularly nice. These were so horrendous, really when one pays this much for a rental, one step up would have been appropriate.

Wonderful large house by the beach!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house for a friends and family trip to Rehoboth Beach. It's in a great location right off of Route 1, with easy access to grocery stores and dining. It's also a simple walk to the boardwalk and beach. Inside, the house was spacious and well-equipped. Lots of helpful baby gear like a stroller, crib, pack-n-play, and a variety of toys in the basement. Outside, we loved floating blissfully in the pool, and the nighttime lights were a really nice touch. The built-in speakers, indoors and out, made for a fun environment. Great outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Overall, I think we made use of every part of the property and were very happy! An excellent choice for a large gathering.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed with 4 families with many kids and were very comfortable with the house. It was extremely clean and all the amenities were great. Salt water pool was great for the kids. The basement was a big bonus because many of the houses we have rented didn’t have that. It adds an extra room for the kids to play. Only suggestion was to provide the projector in the basement. Seemed to have been removed. The mgmt company was very responsive when we reached out. One was to clean the pool and they had someone there within the hour. Only Location was only a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommended.

Incredible Vacation Experience

Our group has been vacationing in Rehoboth/Dewey for Labor Day the past 20 years. This property has been our best experience to date. The house is clean, spacious, and offers the very best amenities. Anyone looking for a large family or friend gathering would be lucky to rent this property. Easy walks to Rehoboth/Dewey for dining & shopping. great house, location

was perfect for travel with babies as the house has a crib and pack - n -play, some toys, beach toys. we brought a baby gate to guard the stairs. Everyone loved the pool and the house and location. Some rented bikes for easy ride into the town. Our only suggestions are to provide more eating utensils and a cheese grater. We also had to buy a vegetable peeler. A dresser in the main floor bedroom would have been helpful as my husband had to live out of his suitcase. Overall our stay was perfect and communication with the home owner and the property manager was excellent.!

Large family gathering place!

We had a great time at this property. The house was very beautiful and updated. We picked this house because it also has a very nice pool. The covered porch was amazing for getting out of the sun or at night. We were in there all the time. The shops and beach are walkable but at the end of the day, you would want a car there from all your walking. Thanks Courtney! We had a perfect week!
