We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home is beautiful and well appointed, and everything you need for a getaway and relaxation! We stayed for our daughter’s wedding on the beach, and the home was perfect for her to get ready and take photos , perfect lighting and plenty of space for us all to prepare for our special occasion!! Christian was so available and ready to help with anything we needed, we are so appreciative!! I would highly recommend this rental, you won’t be disappointed!!

We just had a fabulous weekend getaway here. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable, pet friendly (we loved the fenced back yard), close to the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing home, incredible location and awesome host! :)We loved our week at this house; it was the perfect blend of modern amenities with a beachy vibe! Christian was super communicative ahead of the check-in process, and immediately responsive with the handful of questions we had throughout the week. The bonus guest suite with its own entrance suited our group perfectly, as the grandparents got to have their own oasis, and the kids' room was plenty big enough for 4 kids with 2 full-over-full bunk beds! The key highlight of the house itself was the living spaces! With 2 TV areas, another seating area, and a dining space all within the same flow, the entire group was able to do their own thing (read, watch TV, build Magna-Tiles :)) but still feel like we were all hanging out together. It made for a very special vacation week for the families.The beach spoiled us - we've been to Dewey/Rehoboth several times, but never at North Indian Beach. A 2-3 block-sized private beach, where we were guaranteed the best beach seat in the house daily! No fighting for space - yet still visited by the ice cream carts. And with the house's location, we were within walking distance of several restaurants / coffee shops, which simplified our nightly dinner conversation!Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Cute house, awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was nice and cozy and easily fit our family (2 adults and 2 young kids) comfortably. The location was could not be beat, either. Just a quick walk to a private beach that is not crowded and is lovely.

Walkable to all the good stuff. Backyard was lovely and the dog loved it. Lots of space inside for everyone. Owners were very friendly and prompt with replies! We had a wonderful stay!

A new annual girls trip

The house was perfect, even larger than the pictures show. Location was everything , beach , bars…everything was walking distance. We had such a great time , we are talking about making this an annual end of the summer girls trip!

Great Home and Location

The cottage was exactly as pictured in the listing - spacious and clean. Conveniently within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and beach. Our family enjoyed our stay - we especially enjoyed the sunroom and the fire pit. FYI toilet paper was not provided, this would have been helpful to know in advance before arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Summertime Bliss

We really enjoyed our stay at this renovated beach cottage. It features a comfy bed, several seating areas, a beautiful kitchen, awesome bathrooms and a nice dining space. The backyard is cozy with pretty landscaping, a fire pit, patio seating, a grill and a dining area with lights. The bonus: it's located 10 houses from a private beach! The owner was helpful and responded promptly.

Great location, space is large and great for entertaining and the backyard is awesome. The process of having to wash the sheets, empty the dishwasher, waiting for washing process to finish in order to get sheets for next customer was absurd.

Fantastic location and beautiful home

You can't beat the location of this house, just steps from the private beach in walking distance of restaurants and short drives to Rehoboth boardwalk and the outlets. The house was beautifully remodeled, beds were comfy, kitchen was gorgeous and lots of space for large families. The yard was just as lovely. The welcome email from Christian with instructions and tips was great and we loved that beach chairs were available for use. The outdoor shower came in handy to wash off the sand and both bathrooms were spacey and beautiful. Highly recommend Christian's place!

Awesome Location!

I had never heard of this area--and what a gem! The private beach is so great during the crowded summer. You will not feel crowded! The house is great. Well thought out and lots of great amenities. Chairs, umbrellas and a cart! Awesome. Also, the house is laid out with a sort of private wing which worked out great as we had teens that slept in. The window units kept the house very cool. Kitchen had what we needed to cook a decent meal. The only thing missing was a blow dryer. Easy fix! Owners were very responsive, even when my kids bugged them about TV sign ins. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This property worked out perfectly for our family get together. The different common spaces are so lovely for groups with different interests (quiet reading, tv watching, puzzles & games, etc). We all felt like we had room to spread out. The bunk room is great for kids and we had several that fit in there perfectly. The 4th lock-off bedroom was also nice and quiet and gives a bit of separation needed for an older couple or 20-somethings that night be out later than the rest of the group. And its all beach block on the private Indain beach so no crowds! Christian was so accommodating and we had several back and forth because of the timing and unusual nature of my group. Highly recommend the house, the location, and the owner!

This cottage is an awesome location-beach block and very close walking distance to the Dewey restaurants and shops. Beds were really comfortable, and the large sunroom was great for our large family gatherings.

We are a family of 5, native Washingtonians who have been vacationing in Dewey Rehoboth for our entire lives. We are an easy-going and fun-loving family that is excited to share our quaint beach cottage with other families looking for a beach getaway.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house after renting it in 2018. It's ocean block, but also close enough to enjoy the calm waters of the bay... about 3 blocks away.

North Indian is a private beach community, away from the day-to-day chaos of Dewey but close enough to get into the action and nightlife when you need a night out.

What makes this property unique

Private Community, Location is amazing on beach block with restricted access. Short distance to Dewey nightlife and all Rehoboth has to offer.
