This 1950's duplex in the north end of Dewey Beach was 100% renovated and remodeled in the spring of 2021, and converted into a single family home, plus an addition completed in the spring of 2025. We retained as much of the historic charm as possible, but gutted the entire interior and updated every inch of the house, including the electrical and plumbing.

The house features 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms (3-king bedrooms with ensuite baths), a powder room downstairs and 2 outside showers. There is an eat-in kitchen with oversized island, a dining table to seat 14 comfortably, two covered porches, firepit w/wood provided, and an in-ground pool with heat/chill options. In keeping with the historic nature of the home, it is stocked with a variety of vintage items for kids to play with, including old phones, encyclopedias, an viewmaster, and more. A short 2 block walk to the dune entrance.

Pool typically open mid-April through 11/1.
Pool Heater Available/functional when air temps are appx 60 degrees or higher.
Pets allowed with approval and payment of the pet fee, per-pet/per-stay
Posted rates include 11 unrelated guests or less. Additional guests incur a fee of $100/per guest.
