Welcome to our charming hideaway. You have all the conveniences of home within steps of the beach plus the ability to walk to Dewey Beach's famous restaurants and nightlife. This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath cottage has an outdoor shower, screened in porch, outdoor patio area, grill, central air, Roku, high speed internet, two flat screen televisions, and full kitchen. It is a dog friendly environment with 2 enclosed dog runs. All this is surrounded by garden and a six foot tall privacy fence.

We found the property to be a private quiet space tucked in amidst the noise and bustle that surrounds it. The cottage was clean with well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay! Only 1/2 block from the ocean and plenty of great food options within walking distance! Woody’s crab cakes are the best!! Would definitely stay here again!! Connie and Carl

Beach block..... My dog loved the location. Bar/restaurant right next door which is dog friendly on the patio. Tons of eating and drinking options close by. House was as advertised. Nice remodel on the kitchen. Owners were easy to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach, bay, shops, and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that the cottage was dog friendly, our dog had the best time ever exploring on the beach. We would highly reccommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon.

Sue and I live in Delaware now and have been visiting the Rehoboth/Dewey area for several years and decided to purchase a vacation home here. When we found this property, we fell in love with it. The proximity to the beach, restaurants , and nightlife make this an ideal fit for our family.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This beautiful cottage is located steps from the beach and blocks from restaurants, shopping and nightlife. And yet you can get easily get away from it all once you step inside the secluded setting. You have the convenience of two off street parking spots.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the coziness of this home with the convenience of the location and closeness to the restaurants and nightlife in Dewey, and the Rehoboth boardwalk.
