About this property

Our little, yellow cottage is the 3rd house from the beach and sits back off the road down a private driveway shared with two other cottages. Up to two of your well-behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee, and are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm every day in the summer, and all the time off-season. Linens and towels are not provided for this rental, but we can recommend a linen service. This is a quiet cottage suitable for couples and small families. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBTQ friendly. The minimum rental age is 38. If you are a younger family, please send an inquiry.
We rent Friday to Friday in the summer months, with shorter stays available in the fall, winter, and spring.

Sweet little gem of a house

This house was just right. Perfect distance from the beach, beautifully appointed and comfortable. Snug little getaway and everything you need! A rare gem. But can we talk about those stairs... 😀
