Dewey Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a clean home, and the owner was great, he coordinated with us well prior to and during our visit. The location could not be better, a few minutes walk to the beach is a dream!

Excellent location

This felt like a nice cozy home in a perfect location. Mike is very responsive and generous with checkin and checkout times. Parking for two cars is also included. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip. Thanks Mike!

Great Location, Great Place, Great Time!!!

My family and I booked a last minute trip to the beach and we sure lucked out with this place. The location was absolutely perfect and had easy parking. The layout of the house was exactly what my wife and I were looking for with our two young kids. And the host was very responsive during our stay. We will definitely be reaching out to book another stay here!

Great rental!

The property was very clean and extremely convenient to the beach, restaurants,and stores in Dewey. We took the trolley to the boardwalk in Rehoboth, so that we didn't have to worry about parking. Mike was a great host and always very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location!

This is the perfect little condo just steps from the beach. I really enjoyed the porch for morning coffee. The outside shower was an added bonus- perfect for sandy kids that need more than just a hose-off before coming in the house! The kitchen is a little small, but fully functional and I was able to make meals no problem. If you are looking for a basic condo (no frills) for you and a couple kids with easy access to the beach - this is it!

Was very nice. Location was great and beach is very nice and clean. Was sad my friend could not come. Very expensive for me only to stay for one night. I left on Monday evening to get home for my dogs. Thinking about coming back in September for another stay.

Perfect weekend

We had the best weekend in Dewey while staying at Mikes condo. The location couldn’t have been better! Literally steps from the beach and a few blocks from all of the bars and restaurants! We parked our cars and didn’t have to worry about a thing! The house was perfect for the 4 of us! Plenty of room, comfortable stay, very clean, and again, the perfect location. Mike was great to work with! Very quick to respond when needed (which was once or twice when arriving) ! We are really looking forward to returning again in the new future! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get away for a few days in a great beach town!

Great location, place could be kept better

Location was great, bring your own bedding and towels - wasn’t clear in the listing. Place is a good size for 3-4 people and having the half bath was nice with 3 people staying there. It could have been cleaner, bathroom has some mold, none of the lamps in bedroom were plugged in and there wasn’t even outlets close enough to plug them in

Cute and convenient

Mike's place is great! Well appointed and nicely decorated and it is super close to the beach! You can see the beach entrance and dunes from the front porch. There is also a coffee bar on the block and a convenience store around the corner. We were in town for a wedding at Lighthouse Cove and were able to easily walk to it also. It was hot but the AC kept us cool and blocked out any noise (there are several other units nearby so we were concerned about noise but never had a problem). Mike responded to us promptly and was very informative about what to bring and how to check in. Thanks Mike!

Small family beach vacation

Rental is perfect for a small family beach vacation. Parked the car and we were able to walk everywhere. Beach just steps away, food all around and a short trolley ride to just about anything else you need. Accommodations were perfect for 4 of us.

Perfect beach bungalow

This place was perfect for our moms weekend! Very clean and super convenient to everything. We were able to walk everywhere and it’s practically on the beach! Sure did beat staying at a hotel and we would definitely rent again.

Great Property!

We had a blast at this McKinley property! It had everything we needed for three adults, and wasn't even a half-block to the beach access. Parking for two cars (and we could even fit three since ours are all small), and a really cool fire pit area out back. Mike was also very quick with responding for the few questions I had. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

We had a fantastic stay! This was our first time visiting the Delaware Beaches and so happy we chose this location! Family friendly area, great walkable restaurants(we never drove our car). Super close to the beach and when we wanted to check out the Rehoboth scene we just took the Jolly Trolly. Awesome!

The place was in a great location and directly next to the beach. However, the property does not include linen, which we did not know. Even after reviewing the listing, it was impossible to know that linen was not included. No issue if we knew ahead of time.
