Partial ocean view (one block to beach), granite countertops, stainless steel fridge and oven, strong/ upgraded WiFi (Zoom with ease), elevator, 2 parking spaces (one is not big enough for full size truck or SUV), exceptional! Washer/ dryer in unit, full kitchen with stainless appliances. 55" smart TV with HD cable. Brand new blinds throughout. Very fresh/ very clean!
