Come enjoy this cosy cottage in peaceful Bay Vista. Built in 2017, newly furnished and equipped with a gourmet kitchen. Located closer to the canal and bay you will be able to enjoy quiet walks at night to check out the stars. Only 2-2.5 miles from downtown and Rehoboth Beach it's conveniently located to avoid the traffic on route 1. The home includes a Rehoboth Beach parking pass. This home comfortably Sleeps to 6 people. A bonus office space with a “tween” day bed could be added for a seventh bed. Parking on site accommodates up to 4 cars. No pets please!
Your rental includes bedding and bath towels and kitchen linens. Owner supplies beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, quality bed linens, bath towels, cleaning supplies and paper goods. Just bring your Beach Towels!
From Memorial Day through Labor Day we prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds and furniture are comfortable. While the traffic July 4th weekend was tough, it is an easy drive to the beach and Rehoboth Ave. We would stay again.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Everything you need is included, which was so convenient. FABULOUS place. This is our second time staying at this property. It is so clean and tranquil. The house was spotless and had everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation! The quiet neighborhood was great for long walks. The location was just right. Wonderful stay near Rehoboth

I would definitely come back. The house was new, clean, and cozy. The owners were very thoughtful. They had a rainy day toy box and games. I would suggest more games for adults ie. Monopoly, scrabble, Catan etc. I highly recommend this house in a nice quiet neighborhood a short drive to many of the beaches.

Beautiful home!

This home was the perfect place for my family and extended family. Jessica had everything we could possibly need on hand. The beach (Boardwalk) was very close, within 5 minutes and location was perfect for quick food shopping. Everything was clean, in great condition and comfortable. All we needed was food. The covered back porch was a great place to hang out and talk after ta day at the beach! We would definitely love to rent again... Thank you for opening your home to us!

For Jessica & Scott this community has been part of our family's life for 3 generations. We love to get outdoors to go hiking, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Between the boardwalk beaches and the Delaware state park beaches there is a place for everyone.

Why they chose this property

Our home is situated in a quiet community with easy access to downtown Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. The house was built in 2017 and has a gourmet kitchen and new furnishings throughout. Bay Vista is a quiet community with a mix of rental properties and year round residents. It's tucked just far enough away but it's still close to the heart of this little beach town.

What makes this property unique

Beyond the beautiful beaches Rehoboth Beach has a variety of attractions for kids large and small. Enjoy play time at Jungle Jim's water park, boardwalk rides, miniature golf, and go-carts .

If you are looking for unique shops, fine dinning or a little night life look no further than Rehoboth Ave. Along route 1 there are many choices for budget minded outlet shoppers or catch a movie at Midway shopping center.

Explore local history through three great-tiny museums the Zwaanendael Museum in Lewis, DE , the Indian River Life-saving Museum south of Dewey Beach, DE and The Nanticoke Indian Museum in Millsboro, DE. Each is well worth an hour of your time.
