We absolutely loved it here! The house itself was super clean, quiet and accommodating! The grounds were very well kept. Very close to Rehobeth Ave and the beach only about a 5 minute drive! The host was super nice and attentive..we will definitely be booking again next year!

This property was just as listed. I stay in Rohobeth every year for a week and this is one of my favorite places so far. Perfectly located. Plenty of amenities, for a week long stay. Host communication was awesome. Very clean. I give this a 5 star Review.

We loved Gwen’s condo! It had everything that was listed and was clean and spacious! It was really nice to have some beach chairs, beach toys, and some towels that we could borrow! Gwen reached out during our stay in case we needed anything, which was nice. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, we had an excellent stay in Rehoboth, mainly because of this condo. It was a nice retreat from the "chaos" only minutes away. Everything was easy throughout the process and the host was very communicative. The condo is spacious and open with nearly every kitchen appliance one would need on a vacation. I gladly recommend this rental. Thank you for making this a nice vacation.

Very relaxing stay

7 night stay with family 6 adults and 1 grandchild. Our host was very accommodating and made our stay so nice. The closeness of the beach was just the right fit for us. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for me and my family to stay for a week. The community pools were great for non-beach days and Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes beaches were all a short drive away. The property itself is very spacious and has everything you could need including a pack and play, high chair and potty seat for littles. Thanks!

This is our second time staying at this property. It is located in a quiet, private community with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property is clean and well appointed. Would recommend and will plan to stay there again.

Great Stay

This condo was perfect for what we needed! The location is great being a very close drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very spacious and very clean. The owners were also wonderful to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great property. Great location just enough out of the hectic world of downtown Rehoboth but right off route 1 near Rehoboth Ave, so convenient to everything. The space is nice, very roomy and bright. Has everything I needed for a 2 week stay. I have nothing negative to report, would gladly stay here again

We have stayed at Gwen’s property before but this year we stayed for a week. The weather was wonderful except for one day of wind and rain.Gwen is a wonderful Host and so glad we found her!

Great, quiet location.

The condo was clean and the hosts were responsive. We had no problems with anything. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools, and the adults enjoyed walking from the condo to Rehoboth Ave. We hope to stay again!

Great Rental

NASCAR getaway

We loved the condo! Gwendolyn was super fast in responding to any questions I had, and the place was immaculate! It had all the necessities in the kitchen for cooking and lots of room for everyone!
