Rehoboth is rapidly becoming more than just a summer vacation destination as people are discovering the less crowded yet seasonally pleasant shoulder months of September, October, April, and May. Shoppers flock year round to the Tanger Outlet Center to enjoy tax-free shopping. Rehoboth is home to nationally acclaimed festivities such as the SEA WITCH & FIDDLER FESTIVAL, REHOBOTH INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL, REHOBOTH BEACH JAZZ FESTIVAL, & SCHELLVILLE'S CHRISTMAS VILLAGE.

Nature and fitness enthusiasts enjoy biking, running, and hiking the 16 mile scenic Junction & Breakwater Trail circling from Rehoboth to Lewes through Cape Henlopen State Park and around Gordan's Pond. History and art buffs enjoy touring Zwaanendael Museum, Rehoboth Beach Museum, Rehoboth Art League, and Historic Lewes. Take a ride on the Cape May Lewes Ferry to spend an afternoon in Cape May, NJ. Families with young children may enjoy afternoons at our area's 4 water parks: Jungle Jim's, White Water Mountain, Killan's Pond, and (of course) Rehoboth & Lewes Beaches! Funland Amusements on the Boardwalk and shopping on Rehoboth Avenue is a night-time family tradition. Visit Fisherman's Wharf in Lewes to charter a Fishing or Dolphin-Watching Cruise. Or, perhaps you would enjoy a 'Pirate Treasure Expedition' . . . dress as a pirate and climb on-board a pirate's ship. Follow a treasure map into the Delaware Bay, hoist a real treasure chest out of the water, and defend the ship when it is attacked at sea.

We enjoy the area's beaches early in the morning or late afternoon when they are less crowded and the sun is not so strong. The Delaware Bay and Broadkill River are particularly nice to explore by kayak or Wave-runner. Children never tire from collecting shells and exploring new waterways and beaches.

Our condo has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen. If you should find that we have unintentionally omitted something, please call us. We live just two miles away and will make every effort to ensure that your stay is pleasant.

Great Location, spacious unit

The condo was perfect for the four adults. Clean, close to everything. Only drawback was that we were required to wash all the towels and four sets of bedding before checking out. It would have taken hours so we packed our own. Just had to make the bed when we got there and before we left. Checkin instructions were clear.

Mostly a great stay

Property was very nice and the property manager was easy to reach. We had a problem with the coded lock and she came right over to change batteries. The main concern we had was a moderate smell of cigarette smoke inside the condo. We bought candles and fabreeze which helped a little but the manager reported it was coming in from the downstairs condo and it remained a challenge throughout our stay. Be aware you need to bring your own linens/towels or be prepared to do the laundry on your final day. Clean folded sheets and towels is a checkout requirement.We would stay here again, but will bring our own linens next time.

Great property. Great location just enough out of the hectic world of downtown Rehoboth but right off route 1 near Rehoboth Ave, so convenient to everything. The space is nice, very roomy and bright. Has everything I needed for a 2 week stay. I have nothing negative to report, would gladly stay here again

Perfect Long Weekend!

Property is very clean and spacious, nice open floor plan, and very central to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey. Owner was very easy to reach, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great, quiet location.

The condo was clean and the hosts were responsive. We had no problems with anything. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools, and the adults enjoyed walking from the condo to Rehoboth Ave. We hope to stay again!

What a host !!

This oversized condo was the perfect fit for us and our family. The large bunk room was a hit. Well stocked with all the beach needs and such a nice pool to relax after busy days. Host was welcoming. Convenient location. We would definitely recommend!!!

Roomy accommodations

This property was well maintained with easy access from route 1. The pool and the screened in patio were very relaxing in the condo with spacious and comfortable. The kitchenware was plentiful which is not always the case in some rental units. My only suggestion would be to bring your own larger coffee mugs.

Beach Get Away

This is our second time staying at this property. It is located in a quiet, private community with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property is clean and well appointed. Would recommend and will plan to stay there again.

Family Getaway

This resort is beautiful. 3 bedroom/ 2 baths a nice 3 season patio. Nice and spacious living room with cozy furniture, very nice kitchen with breakfast bar, island, and spacious dining area. Pools, grilling and close to everything on 1. Only a 5 minute drive, (if that) to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk! We will be back!!!

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for what we needed! The location is great being a very close drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very spacious and very clean. The owners were also wonderful to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great condo in Rehoboth!

We have been renting this condo for 19 years and we love it! It is perfect for a family of 4-8. The rooms are updated, bright and comfortable. We love that the complex has a pool and we can alternate between the pool and beach. The parking pass saved us a ton of money and everything is close by: good restaurants, water park, mini golf and shopping. Gwen is a wonderful owner and is responsive and caring. We can't recommend this place enough!!

Delightful in every way!!

The unit was beautiful, clean, and spacious! Gwen was excellent in communicating with us and solving any questions we had. She also went out of her way to help with recommendations tailored to our group. The area itself is just lovely as well. We had a wonderful vacation and can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Spacious and accomodating

The condo exceeded our expectations! It was decorated really cute, was very clean and the beds were super comfy! The kitchen had everything you would need to make and enjoy a meal, plus a full size fridge and dishwasher. The convenience of having the washer/ dryer right in the condo was a huge deal to me as well. I didn't have to pack nearly as much for the week! I also appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Great Memorial Day Getaway

First, Gwen is AWESOME to work with. Very responsive to any and all questions. Great place to stay. Super Clean., Spacious. Love that each bedroom has it's own tv. Gwen provided, linens, towels, books, games. Pleasantly surprised to find an electric kettle (usually have to bring one with me) Close to downtown Rehoboth, the beach and boardwalk. Rained a lot while we were there, so we ended up doing more cooking than we planned. Kitchen was WELL Stocked. WILL DEFINTIELY BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR. Would have rebooked for this Summer but all sold out. See you soon Gwen and thank you.

Intrusive owner

My family vacation started with the owner, Gwen, showing up at 4:15 pm and staying an entire hour. She stated the reason for her showing up to the property (15 minutes AFTER CHECK-IN) was because her maid notified her that the previous vacationers left linens in the dryer and the beach chairs need to be replaced. I was wondering why the maid couldn’t fold the linens from previous vacationers and why it took the owner AN HOUR to do so. I do not think the owner was happy to see an African American family renter her property. The look of pure shock on her face when we answered the door spoke volumes. Also, the fact that she took an hour of our vacation time going from room to room folding (and refolding linens). She appeared to be looking for something. I’m not sure what she expected to find amongst our belongings, as my husband and I were traveling with 3 children and a senior citizen. I observed her unfold a towel just to refold it. It almost seemed she did not want to leave her property in our hands. So sad. We had our own linens which she obviously saw because we hadn’t had a chance to finish unpacking. She decided it was necessary to go from room to room, having the audacity to ask my 5 year old if the toy she was playing with belonged to her or the condo. No worries, we left all the second hand toys where they belong. It would have been more appropriate for the house keeping to be done between the 11 am check out and 4 pm check in period. If Gwen would have simply asked us if we were going to utilize the linens and beach chairs provided, we would have replied no and she/the maid could taken care of these things after we had checked out. When the owner finally left, we decided to go for a dip in the community pool where we ran into another woman who did appreciate having to share a pool with my family. Needless to say we will not be returning. I hope others have better luck!

My family has enjoyed summers in Rehoboth Beach since 1946 when my grandparents purchased a modest summer cottage on 6th Street. Upon graduating from Virginia Tech in 1991, I packed my bags, headed straight to the beach, and quickly made my summer home my permanent home. Though farmland has since developed into shopping centers, restaurants, condominiums, and hotels; and small cottages are being replaced by larger homes; Rehoboth has managed to keep the small-town charm I love. Boats I piloted around Funland's mermaid are still making their rounds. Our daughters ride the same carousel both my mother and I enjoyed as children, walk the same beaches, and enjoy the Atlantic sunrise. Whether you are interested in fine dining, family fun, local theatre, shopping, sandy beaches, or just quiet relaxation; Rehoboth, nearby towns, and State Parks have endless opportunities to make memories. I hope you and your family enjoy discovering all this wonderful community has to offer. Most importantly, take a breath, slow down, and enjoy each other. And, what better place to do just this than a small hometown by sea, by the beautiful sea . . .
