Sea-clusion was absolutely perfect for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible to the boardwalk and activities off Route 1. We would highly recommend for other families traveling to Rehoboth!

The house was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. It has central air and a nice deck. It is a good house for families with children. My granddaughter enjoyed the toys and books! The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sea-Clusion. The home was clean, the neighborhood quiet. The owner Chris was easily accessible to answer any questions. The parking permit included was extremely helpful when parking by the beach. Added bonus was my grandchildren watching a deer family feeding in the evening from the front window. I don’t have anything negative to say regarding our stay. Thank you Chris and Lynn

Family vacation

Great location. Easy and fast access to beach, outlets, restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood with deer passing through during the day. Owners were great at communicating. Great for families. Would stay here again.

Great place off the beaten path

Had a great stay at Seaclusion. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. House was located in a great area, away from all of the noise but just a 2 min drive to Rehoboth Ave. Our host Chris was great and very responsive and communicative.

Chris is a great communicator with very clear instructions which made for an amazing trip. The house was exactly as described. Great location and set up. The beaching parking pass was a huge plus. Our group had an amazing trip and would highly recommend.

Excellent, spacious. & clean

Great place to stay. Plenty of room and very clean. The house had everything you could possibly need; all kitchen needs, plenty of towels, cable TV, 2 refrigerators/kitchens was great for us having 2 families, gas grill indoor and outdoor games,. Beaches are very close by. Need to drive; not walkable. Great stay

Bay Vista Sisters Vacay

Visited Rehoboth for a friend's bachelor party. The home was very clean and we really enjoyed having a Foosball table in the basement after returning to the house. Having a propane grill to have some brats and burgers was a nice touch. Host provided a detailed notebook with helpful information.

Perfect in every way

By far one of the best rental homes I've stayed in. It was very nicely furnished, and supplied. We loved the rooftop deck! The fact that it had linens and towels included made the things so easy for us. The owners were kind and responsive. We spent time in town, at the beach and in Dewey, this location could not have been more perfect. I highly recommend this home for your Rehoboth beach stay!

Fantastic stay in a quiet neighborhood, and the house had everything we needed. Chris and Lynn were so accommodating and responsive. We really appreciated the amenities of the house, such as the beach chairs, board games, foozball table and deck (two stories!) to hang out. Beach, groceries and shopping were all easily accessible - and the parking permit for the house was a huge benefit. If we come to the area again, we will certainly consider staying here again.

Seaclusion

Our stay was nice and home was warm and welcoming. We also had a front-row view to fireworks. Host’s rules and requirements felt a little overbearing, and we didn’t know about them until after we booked, but all-in-all, it was a nice stay.

perfect spot with great beach toys

we thoroughly enjoyed our short trip to Rehoboth Beach in this lovely house with more than enough space. the host, chris was easy to communicate with, and the house had everything we needed including coffee, huge outdoor deck, a giant box of beach chairs and toys that our 3yr old loved playing with. the parking pass was exactly what we needed to park without a hassle. next time we will stay longer and play more foosball ;-)

Wonderful vacation

My family really enjoyed our vacation at this bay vista property. Clean and roomy home, plenty of drawer and closet space. Nice and quiet neighborhood on the bay and less than 5min drive to the beach! Plenty of room for our family of 10! We are already looking into rebooking for next year. Thank you!!

Great family house!

The downstairs, with a large living room, bath, and bedroom, was perfect for the family with young kids. That way they could wind down before bed. When toddlers are upstairs, bring a small baby gate for the stairs. The house was very clean and the hosts were very responsive!
