On the second floor, there is the master bedroom which has a queen size bed, a 2nd bedroom which has two twin beds, a 3rd bedroom which has two bunk beds, and a full size, fully equiped kitchen, w/keurig & regular coffee maker, full bath, living and dining rooms. On the first floor there is a 4th bedroom with a king size bed, a kitchenette(w/ full size refrigerator, sink, microwave & coffee maker), a very large family room, and a full bath. There is also an outdoor shower, great for larger families. This set up is ideal, for one or two families, who want independent living, each having their own bedroom(s), floor, kitchen, deck and entry doors. The two large decks overlook a private back yard, great for all. Play corn hole, catch, or foosball. Take advantage of excellent star gazing or enjoy your coffee outside, on a quiet unspoiled morning. Ride your bikes or go for a walk, on very quiet, seldom traveled streets, excellent for children. This neighborhood is next to a nature preserve, you may see Osprey, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, ducks, geese etc. There is off street parking for 3 cars. There is a new gas grill(2024). There is a "pack & play" portable crib. Newly redecorated including new beds, new furniture, new paint, new flooring, new millwork, new lighting, new décor... A free Rehoboth Beach permit parking pass is provided ($325.00 value), four beach chairs(2021) are available for your use. Be at the beach in 5 minutes, 1.5 miles away(no stopping at a traffic light on the way there).

All are welcome, families with children or without children, including grand parents and of course adult only tenant groups. For same generation "adult only groups - ALL," must be at least 25 years old, drivers licenses may be required. We reserve the right to use a standard lease agreement.
