This is a 5 bedroom house with pond view, 1 mile to the beach, 0.5 mile to Rehoboth Ave. In 5 minutes you are at the Boardwalk with all the cafes, restaurants and bars. View of pool area from second and third story. They are also two other pools in the community included for your use and tennis courts. The pond is literally outside the back door. Everything in this house is brand new, from the furniture to the air conditioning system and appliances. Plenty of parking! You'll have access to the entire house, it is totally private.

The house was in a great location, close to restaurants, bars and the beach. It was very clean and had all of the essentials. The description of the third floor sleeping quarters could have been better described, but it worked out fine for us.

Comfortable, convenient, well-equipped

We enjoyed our stay in this modern, comfortable home. There’s space for the whole family and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed. Second floor deck is a great place to chill. A quick drive to all the fun on the boardwalk. Host was pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful home with all the amenities - right across the lot from the pool, fully stocked kitchen, very clean! Perfect for 4 couples and other groups as there are 4 generous bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Convenient to all beach activities!

Spacious, luxurious property

The condo was a great place for a low-key guys’ weekend away. We enjoyed the easy access to Downtown Rehoboth Beach and alternated between driving and walking there. The small backyard and pond were serene and relaxing.

Amazing beach rental

This home was perfect for our family and friends beach getaway. It offered plenty of space and it was very clean and extremely comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary items to prepare meals. The downstairs bedroom and powder room was a plus. We loved the open space which allowed us to be together during meals, movies, fun and games. There was plenty of free parking and the community pool is right across the walkway. This home is centrally located in Rehoboth Beach. It rained all day on Saturday, but that did not stop the fun. The shopping outlets and stores are nearby as well as restaurants convenience shops. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family.
