Great property!

House was clean and great for multiple families staying together. Everyone had their own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Loved being in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants too! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to say in Rehobeth

Absolutely great place to stay in Rehobeth. Right off Rehobeth Ave and close to everything. Place is very spacious, clean and updated appliances. Would highly recommend it for any larger group going to Rehobeth. We had 10 comfortably stay there and all loved it (4 teens along with both sets of grandparents).

Rehoboth Beach

My family and I have been going to Rehoboth Beach for around 12 years. Edgewater is ideal for our large family. The spacious townhouse is what we needed for 13 people. This was a great house. Had extra beach chairs, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. Location is great. A mile walk to the boardwalk. Only thing I can recommend is hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Great home!

Great for a large family!

This a great townhome in a nice well kept community. At the owners recommendation, we used Deauville Beach for our beach days. We had littles traveling with us so we drove there but could walk or bike there. This beach is not near as crowded and a very nice one! Playground just across the canal which our grandkids enjoyed. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely consider this property again for our large family.

Our three sons and their families (all now living in California) joined my husband and me (now living in Florida) for a week of memories. We spent summers in Rehoboth for many years and still have extended families in Delaware. It was a great week of reminiscing and enjoying time: bikerides, beach, boardwalk games(and food -- Grotto, Casapula, Louies, Nicola, Dogfish, etc!) together. Condo met our needs perfectly. Wonderful, Well-Stocked, Tons of Space!

We loved this townhouse for our group of 12. It had plenty of bedrooms, was the best stocked VRBO I've ever stayed at (in terms of amenities and kitchen supplies) and provided very easy access to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat--highly recommend!

Great house, Great location

This 4 level townhouse is a great place to stay while at Rehoboth Beach. Located centrally between the beach shops and all the other restaurants/shopping on Coastal Highway, it's easy to get places relatively quickly. Having four showers really comes in handy and the community pool is literally 100 ft from the front door. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great in the house. It was a perfect place for a family gathering and a very convenient base from which to go out to the various appointments we had for our grandson's wedding activities. Beautiful setting, close to town, not far from beach.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. There was plenty of room in the home for all of us. Bedrooms and living space were large and comfy. We walked to the boardwalk every night. Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It’s a great place. Enjoy!!!

Great Beach Vacation

We had a lovely time in this townhouse property. The neighborhood is lovely, walking distance to shops and to the beach. The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. There is lots of space and we enjoyed the home and the pool. Our host provided great instructions and information on the area. We would definitely book this location again.

A great week at the beach!

We had 12 people (6 adults, 6 kids) spend a week and we all enjoyed ourselves! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It was also very close to everything we wanted to do! We greatly appreciated the parking passes for the beach and in town.

Great Place To Stay

We had two families staying (4 adults and 5 children). We had plenty of space and loved the proximity to the pool. The furnishings made it feel like home. The location to the town was a delightful 20 minute walk. The owners were very accommodating and the air-hockey table was a big hit. We would recommend this home to fellow renters.

Amazing Rehoboth Townhome

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

Family Vacation 2020

We had a great time renting Darren's vacation home. The pool was the highlight of the trip for the kids and having a parking pass for the beach was awesome. Also, having reserved parking and guest parking was helpful. There was so much space in the property to easily accommodate all of us, 7 adults & 2 children. I would definitely recommend this property for families looking to stay in Rehoboth.

Perfect Long Weekend Away

Perfect place to stay with a couple families. Plenty of space and excellent location. Pool was fantastic for the kids. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach but was preferred because traffic/parking was tough. House was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner in. Very close to excellent restaurants and a brewery. Owner is very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend and look into staying here again.

Great large home with a freat location

This house comfortably fit 4 couples and 2 young children with room to spare. We each had our own spot to hide away or to congregate together. The kitchen was well equiped, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, it was a quick drive to the beach (you could walk it, but with the kids and the gear we packed we opted to drive) and we hit 2 local bike trails right from the property every day. We will definitely be looking at this house for our vacation in 2024.

Darren’s house was exactly as described! The location is perfect! We could walk to the beach,restaurants and shopping! It is such a nice quiet community. The house had enough room for the 10 of us to be together or alone. We had everything we needed and more! 5 stars all around for the host and the property! Everyone wants to go back next year!!

Great property

We had a great time at the property. It is spacious and has a lot of amenities. The long table is great for family dinners. It was a little sticky, but nothing a $3 tablecloth from Walmart could not fix. There is a great collection of movies and games that entertained us on the rainy day we had. The grill worked great, too.

Great girls weekend. Loved this place.

My friends and I had a girls weekend (10) adults. The house was walkable to downtown and the beach, and a quick uber to Dewey. The house was clean and spacious. Darren was very responsive and helpful. My friends and I will definitely be renting this place in the future. We loved it.

Best of Rehoboth - Centrally Located, Wonderful House, Great Amenities and Great Owners

We will be back to this house. It was one of the best equipped houses we have ever rented. The pool was great, the game room was enjoyed by all in the garage and the beach pass to Deauville Beach was used all but one day! We walked into town every day, rented bikes, had breakfast at Egg (Right across the street and the best biscuits around!). The house was great for the kids and laid out perfectly- they loved the bunk beds! The master suite is amazing and all around the whole house was just what the doctor ordered for our best beach vacation in years! We love Rehoboth and we will back next year at this house. The owner, Darren, is very responsive and was great to deal with - highly recommend renting from him. Thanks for an awesome week!

We are a family of seven. The owners, Darren and Halee, live in Indiana. We have a son, Tristan, who is 27, another son, Joshua, who is 20, and three daughters, Addie, who is 19, Elliana who is 8 and Ivoree, who is 6. For work, Darren and Halee are both owners of boutique Financial Management software consulting companies called IntelliPoint, Inc and Oracon, Inc. respectively. When we're not working, we enjoy spending time with the kids, our extended family, going for walks, running, biking, swimming and traveling.

Why they chose this property

Having grown up on Cape Cod, Darren LOVES the beach and wanted a place fairly close to home. Halee vacationed in Cocoa Beach, FL as a child and can't get enough of the surf either! Rehoboth offers everything we were looking for to enjoy a wonderful summer vacation, or an off season long weekend with still plenty to do.

What makes this property unique

Having previously live outside of DC, we fell in love with Rehoboth for weekends and vacations. With our home in Rehoboth Beach, we love being able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoy the generous space of our condo beach home because it allows us to bring friends and family with us.
