A new, high-end Entertainment Suite was added to this popular vacation home! Now sporting 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and multiple entertainment areas, this property has everything you'll need for a fantastic week at the beach! Rainy day? No problem! You will love the variety of things to do in the house and in the amenity-rich development of The Grande at Canal Pointe. On the ocean side of Route 1, Canal Pointe has 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis / basketball court, 2 clubhouses and a playground for the little ones. It is close to the beach (1.5 miles), outlet shopping and great restaurants.

This house is loaded with modern conveniences and luxuries. The house backs to a peaceful and private wooded area with pond, where you can relax with a cocktail while grilling on the deck. First floor has king-sized master suite, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area and living room with large flat-screen smart TV, DVD player, wireless Bose speaker and gas fireplace. The living room couch also has a queen sleeper with upgraded mattress. Plenty of closet space and a powder room complete the 1st floor.

The upper level of the home has a second, queen-sized master suite, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 3rd full bathroom and a loft area for the children to play. Choose from a variety of games, puzzles, cards or karaoke from the "Harry Potter Room" game closet. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV with expanded cable and Blu-Ray player, Apple TV and/or PlayStation.

The lower level has a newly constructed Entertainment Suite with pool table, dart board and Arcade Game with 412 classic games including Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger and Donkey Kong. Interested in family game night? There is a poker table with seating for eight players, which can be reversed for dining. A bar top with barstools is positioned conveniently behind the L-shaped couch and in front of the large flatscreen TV for watching games or movies. There is a second well-stocked kitchen with Keurig, a bedroom with queen bed and flatscreen TV and a full bathroom. The couch is a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

In the garage, you'll find beach chairs (4), bikes (4), tennis rackets (4), basketball and an assortment of other beach-related equipment for your use. Entry to the Breakwater Junction Trail connecting Rehoboth Beach and Lewes is just outside the entrance of the development for biking, jogging or walking the dog.

Revelation Brewery is a short walk from the front door. Grab a cold one on your way home from the beach or after your workout on the trail!

Rain or shine, you will have a wonderful, comfortable stay at our home and build many lasting memories!

Terrific Property in Rehoboth Beach!

We just finished up a fantastic stay in Rehoboth Beach! The property was very clean and exactly as advertised, with tons of amenities. The downstairs game room is incredible and gave us plenty to do all week! The location is also great, with an easy trip into downtown Rehoboth and to the beach, and it's also very close to the biking trails. All in all, it was a great stay and a property that I highly recommend!

Great location off Route 1 and within walking distance of the bike trail and outlets! Can also get into Rehoboth without having to drive onto Route 1! Property had everything you could want including bikes to borrow and exercise room near the pool!!

Really nice place, close to the beach.

The townhome was very nice and comfortably fit 7 adults and an infant. Beds and couches were comfortable and there was plenty of space to eat. Home was outfitted with all kitchen cooking needs and included 5 bikes, beach chairs and plenty of toys. Downstairs gameroom was awesome and deck was roomy for all of us to sit comfortably. The housing plan had two pools, tennis and basketball coirts and was close to great bike trails. It was located 5 minutes from the Rehoboth strip with plenty of good eating choices as well as 5 minutes from rhe business strip that had a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Landlord waa excellent in communication regarding all aspects before and during our stay. Even reimbursed us for bike locks that we bought and left there. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Great place!! ♥️

Our group of five stayed here for a week around Labor Day and loved the place.House was very clean upon arrival and the host was great at communicating everything we needed to know.A couple of really great things: first, the fact that there are 4 full bathrooms in the house and everyone in our group had their own. Next, the nature show off the deck was really enjoyable…lots of birds, a few deer and the cutest little groundhog I’ve ever seen.Also can’t forget to mention how much fun the game room was, we had a blast playing Ms Pac-Man and ping pong.Extra bonus was the swimming pool in the community.We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great house , fully stocked with anything we needed to grill and cook .My three young grand daughters loved the pac man machine and ping pong, oh and even the magnetic darts. Easy walk to the pool and tennis courts.Having bikes, umbrellas, beach chairs at the house aaved us so much packing . House was very clean, and being pet friendly, no doggie smell . We had a super hot week, and house stayed nice and cool.Was a great week ! Thank you

Family trip

Our family just returned from a great vacation in Rehoboth Beach and much of that can be attributed to the home that we stayed at. The home came as advertised. We were 6 adults, an infant and a dog; and everyone had their own space. The game room downstairs was our gathering spot each night for ping pong, cards and Ms Pac-man. It was a short walk to the pool or a quick drive to the beach, the boardwalk, or the outlets. The owners left bikes, pool toys, basically anything that you would need for a fun family vacation. I reached out to Sherri a couple of times with questions and received responses quickly. The first night we couldn’t find the ping pong net and Sherri told us where it would probably be and she was correct. The next day a package was delivered to the house with a new net and ping pong paddles. When I questioned Sherri, she told me that she didn’t want us to go without and ordered a replacement in case we couldn’t find the original! I can’t say enough about the home and the great time we had. We will definitely be returning!

Fun beach rental

Conveniently located dog friendly beach home with nice community amenities. Very close to Juction Breakwater traihead, local farmers market and micro brewery. My teenage sons loved the ping-pong and pool table in the basement and the multigame cabinet had many of the games I used to play on the boardwalk when I was a kid.

Rehoboth Beach Family Vacation

The home is lovely, spacious and perfectly located to the beaches, downtown shops, restaurants, malls, and the walk/bike trails. It’s in a peaceful quiet community but 5 minutes to the action. We were a family of five adults and we had tons of privacy and lots of common areas to gather. The entertainment area downstairs was a favorite for all with late night pool, cards, darts, ping pong and video game competitions. The back deck is a nature magnet with egrets, ibis, an osprey nest, deer, and other wildlife. Also provided were beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach toys etc. Sherri was a very responsive and proactive host, going out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our time in Rehoboth Beach. We’d have no hesitation staying there again.

Family Vacation

It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed and more for the week we were there. Sherri was so informative and helpful with places to eat, beaches, etc. The property was great for taking bike rides and walks every day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

It was a great home for our beach trip

I can’t say enough good things about this home and Sherri & Ellen. They were the best hosts, responded right away any time we reached out with questions. They have a beautiful home with great attention to details. Wonderful accommodations and amenities so you don’t have to bring half your house with you! They had plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchenware, coffee machine, grill and so much more. It was spacious and very comfortable. The kids (and adults) LOVED the game room/entertainment area. They had a karaoke machine, poker table, ping pong and pool tables. It was an incredible property within a great community. Mary ( pool attendant) at the bigger pool was AWESOME! The smaller pool attendant was a little rude so I would just stick to the bigger pool when you stay. But other than that hiccup, it was an amazing stay! Ellen and Sherri were wonderful and I can’t wait to rent from them again!

Great family place to rent

Great family place to rent. Just a few miles from the beach and everything you can think of to do. Inside the house has plenty of amenities to keep you busy. For the ones that like tattoos, we/some of us got tattoos during our stay and that was close and the price was reasonable as well. Overall five stars for this vacation in home we rented

Spacious fun house

The house was described very well. Our family had plenty of room. The 18 month old played boo many times. The game room was another room to hang out and have fun. It was a close walk to pool.

New Year's Visit

Visiting my parents who live nearby in a small condo with my family and dog- decided to get a house that was convenient to Rehoboth Beach and its attractions (even more than just the Outlets!) in addition to being close to my parents - so glad that the owners are sharing this gem with renters! It was clean, roomy and in a quiet neighborhood that we could walk/jog in every morning. On the days that it was a little rainy, the game room was great and kept three teens/pre-teens busy with games, pool, ping pong and an old style arcade game - its great to know that Ms Pac Man still attracts highly active12 year olds! Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon in the near future for another visit!!

Beautiful community

Sherri was a pleasure to work with! She was very responsive to our needs and questions. The property is located in a very well maintained community, and although there are many specific rules, it is only a few minute drive to the beach and near many bike trails. Would highly recommend:)

We were a family of 6 adults, a 2 year old and 2 infants. The property was perfect for us. Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and quick access to the beach. The downstairs game room was very fun.
