On the ocean side of Route 1, Canal Pointe has 2 pools, 2 fitness centers, tennis / basketball court, 2 clubhouses and a playground for the little ones. It is close to the beach (1.5 miles), outlet shopping and great restaurants.

This house is loaded with modern conveniences and luxuries. The house backs to a peaceful and private wooded area with pond, where you can relax with a cocktail while grilling on the deck. First floor has king-sized master suite, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, dining area and living room with large flat-screen smart TV, DVD player, wireless Bose speaker and gas fireplace. The living room couch also has a queen sleeper with upgraded mattress. Plenty of closet space and a powder room complete the 1st floor.

The upper level of the home has a second, queen-sized master suite, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds, a 3rd full bathroom and a loft area for the children to play. Choose from a variety of games, puzzles, cards or karaoke from the "Harry Potter Room" game closet. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV with expanded cable and Blu-Ray player, Apple TV and/or PlayStation.

The lower level has a newly constructed Entertainment Suite with pool table, dart board and Arcade Game with 412 classic games including Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger and Donkey Kong. Interested in family game night? There is a poker table with seating for eight players, which can be reversed for dining. A bar top with barstools is positioned conveniently behind the L-shaped couch and in front of the large flatscreen TV for watching games or movies. There is a second well-stocked kitchen with Keurig, a bedroom with queen bed and flatscreen TV and a full bathroom. The couch is a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

In the garage, you'll find beach chairs (4), bikes (4), tennis rackets (4), basketball and an assortment of other beach-related equipment for your use. Entry to the Breakwater Junction Trail connecting Rehoboth Beach and Lewes is just outside the entrance of the development for biking, jogging or walking the dog.

Revelation Brewery is a short walk from the front door. Grab a cold one on your way home from the beach or after your workout on the trail!
