This luxury townhouse provides 3600 square feet of living area and sleeps 10 comfortably! Located at The Grande at Canal Pointe, area has two pools, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and walking/biking trail to Lewes. 3 minutes to Rehoboth Avenue and Tanger Seaside.
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattresses. First floor master bedroom has a king size bed and view of the pond. Upper level has another master bedroom with king size bed and the other bedroom has twins beds .(Each with own bath). Lower level has two bedrooms with queen beds.The bedrooms have plenty of space!

The main floor has a totally equipped kitchen and table for six,
also a sun room overlooking pond with another table for six, large living area, fans in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, front porch with small table and chairs, back porch overlooking pond has 6 chairs, garage for storage, including beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach mats and noodles for the pool and 4 adult bikes for your use! Also Blu-ray dvd player and Wi-Fi.
This is an ideal area as it so close to downtown, restaurants, outlets. There is plenty of area for riding bikes in the development and on the rail trail to Lewes. And it is a 15 minute bike ride to the beach on Rehoboth Avenue.
Not pets and no smoking!

Lower level has family area (and two bedrooms) tv/dvd player.

Also in the garage are beach umbrellas and beach chairs for your use.

Best townhouse in Rehoboth Beach!

Another great vacation!

This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property and we absolutely love it! It is in a great location and is easy to get to the beach or downtown for shopping or dinner. There are 2 pools in the complex (we recommend the front pool as the ladies who run the 2nd pool can be a bit much!). The property is very clean and well maintained and Cathy is very easy to work with!

Very Clean and Spacious

The unit was super clean, the location was convenient to the beach. The owners had bicycles and they allowed you to use them, it was great to be able to ride with my kids. Also the unit was conveniently located near a bike trail.

Another wonderful stay

This is the second time we've rented this lovely townhouse. We enjoyed all the amenities and more than ample space for 6 adults. The kitchen is well equipped, and all the rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed dining in the back sunroom. Communication with Cathy was easy, and she is very responsive. The location is great, with an easy drive to the beach or main roads for dining and shopping.

Comfortable and Pleasant

Very roomy and pleasant for the nine of us. Location gave a back way to the beach that cut out heavy traffic. The home was in excellent shape - Pride in ownership There was a problem with the microwave that the owner fixed ASAP but still treated the 9 of us to dinner with a generous cash advance. It was a great vacation, and the children cried when we had to leave.

Spacious Townhome - Bike to the Beach

Our family enjoyed our time at this beach house. Plenty of room with the older kids and the section downstairs was a plus. They called it their own apartment! If you enjoy bike riding, this is a great location, plenty of bike paths and about a 15 minute ride to the beach on the path. The pool was an easy walking distance to the home. A beautiful back yard with a lake with plenty of bird watching! The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had and we were very satisfied with how it was resolved. Lovely beach house and reasonably priced for the area.

Great rental property in the Rehoboth area

This large townhouse easily accommodated our group of 10. The pool was a huge bonus and was used extensively by the kids. We also loved the two Pickleball courts and played daily, never had to wait for a court. Access to the bike paths was great too. The place was nearly perfect. The only thing I would have changed if I could is a better patio area and a way to grill. We did a lot of cooking at home since restaurants are expensive with so many people to feed. It would have been really nice to grill some of the time. Overall we had a great week at this lovely property.

Rehoboth family vacation

Overall, we had a great stay at the Canal Pointe townhouse rental. The house was clean and everything was in good condition and in working order. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space. We liked the two separate dining areas, breakfast nook off the kitchen and the main dining area overlooking the backyard. Having two gathering areas was a bonus. The kids enjoyed their living room downstairs. We loved hanging out in the backyard which was located on a pond and there was plenty of yard for the kids to play lawn games. Warning: bring your bug spray for evening activities. Another plus was the beach gear and bikes located in the garage. Cathy was a great host and answered questions promptly.

Family vacay with two grandbables

We cannot overstate how special this Rehobeth townhouse is and how perfect it is for families with young children.There are three living areas with multiple rooms on three different floors . My wife and I had the master bedroom on the ground floor , where there is a large living area and well equipped kitchen. Each floor had a living area and at least one bathroom. The top and bottom floors each had two bedrooms. The townhome community is very well maintained. Two sizable pools. There is a beautiful pond in backyard that provided much entertainment as the babies and I enjoyed the geese and other birds which greeted us in the early mornings. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the bike trails which were fun and serene.While we did not plan on spending much time with the babies on the beach, we did spend some time there. Parking was often a challenge, but it isn’t too long of a walk and it is an easy and reasonably safe bike ride . We will definitely return to this townhouse for our next family beach vacation.

Terrific home and location

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this very clean, spacious townhome. The online photos don’t do it justice. My husband and I took the main floor master with en suite; my daughter and her husband took the upstairs master with en suite. No one used the twin bed room or hall bathroom upstairs. My son and daughter each took a room downstairs and shared the bathroom and living room area. The main floor living room and the dining table in the sun room were great places to be together. The kitchen is well supplied with spices and even cooking spray and vinegar. I enjoyed sitting at the sunroom table in the morning with my coffee and looking out over the pond and watching the geese. If you have young children, they’ll love the kiddie nook upstairs (I think mine were disappointed that they’re too big for it). The location is great, too, with easy access to the beach and to Coastal Highway. Cathy was helpful and responsive. What a fantastic stay! We would love to stay here again.
