Beautiful, Large 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home With Pool And Tons Of Space
Exceptional home with everything you need for the perfect vacation, including its own private pool!

Must be 25 years or older to rent this house - documentation of age required.

This property has two buildings connected by a 3-season room.

Building 1: Large 4-bedroom/3-bath central air ranch home with open concept - expansive kitchen with large pantry, living room and bright family room.

Building 2: Separate cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sitting room and separate a/c units in each of the bedrooms plus the sitting room.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Florida room with screened windows, ceiling fans and comfy wicker seating connects the two homes and leads to a meditation garden and fenced-in private patio with gas grill, patio furniture, above-ground pool (open Memorial Day weekend thru Sept) and outdoor shower.

Close to Rehoboth Beach, Tanger outlets, go carts, mini-golf, water park, Cape May/Lewes ferry, Cape Henlopen, golfing, fishing, brewery & wine tours.

Drive or bike to Rehoboth Beach without ever using busy section of route 1.

Beach chairs, yard/beach games, pool toys, videos, board games.

Note: From mid-June through mid-September, we only do week-long rentals running from Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year, we are flexible on check-in days.

Perfect family vacation

Great house with great yard too

House was very clean, well furnished and well stocked in every way from the kitchen to the supply of pool and beach toys. Spent most days floating around the pool and enjoying the large outdoor area. Highly recommend this house.

Great place!

We had a great time at this property. The pictures really don't give it justice. It was well stocked, great location and the pool was a great hit too! It was easy to communicate with the owner too. We had a wonderful week!

Spacious and clean!

Our group of 14 plus two small children really enjoyed this house and pool. Even though our vacation week was a rainy one, the house offered us plenty of room so that we never felt overcrowded when we had to stay indoors.I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation spot!

Location was great as it was close to everything! A short drive to the beach and stores. Family was able to enjoy the pool and the amenities of the home. The listing showed a futon in the cottage but it was not there and replaced with a couch. The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils, plates pots and pans! The family agrees we would definitely would rent again!

Friends and Family Getaway

This place was even better than anticipated! We were a group of 8. We all had our own space and we were all comfortable. The pool and the yard were a wonderful addition to where we have stayed in the past. The house is in a nice residential area but is still very close to everything that you want to do. We all highly recommend this house to other groups.

Best weekend

We were seven friends who wanted s short get away to celebrate our birthdays. The house is so beautiful, clean and welcoming. Communication with the owner was fast and very helpful. We really liked the location, close to so many places to shop, eat, and just far enough away to feel like we had space. The one thing we would say is, look around, This house is incredibly stocked with everything!

Spacious with all you need

We had 4 families with little kids stay in Aug and we had a great time. The the house was spacious and clean. A little further from the beach but only a 5min drive but the grocery store, outlets, local restaurants are all very close. The pool was the added bonus so when the weather wasn't nice enough to go to the beach we just spent time in the pool which was bigger than expected. Jim was also very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way

Everything looked just like the listing. We where a party of 8 women for a yearly get together. So much room, room sizes where good, enough bathrooms for everyone and lots of places to gather for chatting. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Would recommend & return. 👍

Wonderful property

Prior to our stay, I read all the reviews and was hopeful to love the property just as much as everyone else...I was not disappointed. The layout is great - so much room for our party of 6 and all our things. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked. All bedrooms had their own television - very nice touch. The sparkling water in the pool was welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Week!

Our vacation was wonderful for our family of 11. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the swimming pool. We also had a few evenings that we used the fire pit. We were so pleased with our stay that we booked our vacation for next summer already! Wonderful host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Perfect setting for extended family

We loved the house- so comfortable and well-equipped. Wouldn't change a thing and could t ask for more. The layout gave us space for the whole family of 7 adults and 3 kids-- singles, couples and families with small children. The pool was clean and is the perfect size for a group. It's a short drive to the beautiful beaches. The outdoor shower was a great place to clean up after a morning at the beach. On-site parking is convenient and plentiful. Plenty of room to spread out for reading, work and doing art projects. The outdoor spaces are inviting and convenient. The grill is fabulous. Especially loved that there are plenty of places to stash our stuff. The furniture is cozy and comfy. The neighbors are lovely. Loved having two refrigerators and we gave the washer and dryer quite a workout. The kitchen is well-equipped and has lots of space to work and store our food. The host was responsive and helpful.

Family get together/vacation

My wife and I plus our daughter and her family and my son and his family have been doing this for several years. My daughter is an hour and half from us and my son is two and a half hours away. This provided a great opportunity for brothers, sisters, cousins, son, and daughter to spend some time together. The property has plenty of space inside and out for talk and play. The pool is nice for interaction. Every year, I ask if we want to do this next year. The answer is always, YES. The property is clean and well maintained with annual improvements occurring.

Great Location, Lots of Space, Great Owner

We really enjoyed our weekend at this house. The inside was clean, well appointed with an attractive and fun beach theme, and had lots of space for us to relax and hangout. Our group of six adults really appreciated having a separate bedroom for everyone to relax in at the end of the night. It provided a real sense of privacy, which we needed after hanging out together all day. Due to the weather, we didn't get to use the outdoor space much, but it looked like a nice place to hang out. We also appreciated the hotel-style booklet that clearly laid out locations of key items, house and local rules, and even a breakdown of local restaurant establishments. Jim was a fantastic person to rent from. He communicated procedures and expectations early and responded to messages quickly both before and during the stay. For example: the grill was out of gas when we arrived, which was somewhat expected considering the normal rental & grilling season hadn't started yet, but within minutes of receiving my text he offered to either swing by and refill it that same day or give us a credit that more than covered the cost of the refill. That is great customer service! If we decide to meet up in DE again we will definitely look to stay at Jim's place.
