Great Beach home! Clean, Comfortable & Convenient

Just a half block to the beach and boardwalk. Spend your vacation at this great in town Rehoboth Beach location! Sunday to Sunday rental during summer season.

Five Bedroom, with one on first floor, four bath home on the ocean block! Walk everywhere in town. Stargaze from the upper deck, morning coffee on the private back porch and drinks before dinner on the front porch watching Rehoboth at it's best

Two large living areas, kitchen with two ovens and dining room allow you comfort even with a large group.

Large front porch, rear screened porch and upper open decks allow you to relax outside.

Off street parking for 5 cars.

Tenants provide all sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, soap and laundry products.

beds have pillows, mattress pads, blankets and spreads.

7 night minimum during summer season.
We will consider 3 night + stays off season--Rates based on occupancy and number of nights. Please contact us for details. Sunday to Sunday rental during summer season.

19 Olive proved to be a great house for our extended family of 10. The house was clean, spacious and well stocked. Only 1/2 block from the beach- very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on both porches and there was plenty of space for our 4 grandchildren outside. It was everything we had hoped for. Yes, to come back!

Wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay during our spring break. The house was very clean and we all felt very comfortable during our stay there. Minutes from the boardwalk was fantastic. Would stay there again!

Why they chose this property

The convenience of walking only a half block to the boardwalk and beach. When you arrive park your car and walk everywhere. After the beach wash the sand off in your outdoor shower. Since you're at the beach take in the salt air either on your screened porch, front porch or upper deck with ocean views.


FYI- Cleaning procedures for 19 Olive Ave. Rehoboth Beach
We have always and will continue to sanitize kitchen and baths between guests. Special attention is paid to frequently touched items, TV remotes, wall switches, door knobs, etc. A sanitation spray is used on beds and bed covers. The home is thoroughly vacuumed. Our cleaning staff has always done an excellent job. We promise our guests that we make every effort to maintain a clean and welcoming home.
