Goose Landing is a one of a kind historical luxury estate in the heart of woodsy Rehoboth about 2 blocks from the Beach nestled on the water's edge of Lake Gerar in the exclusive Pines neighborhood on the north side of town, adjacent to Henlopen Acres.

Sea Witch Festival around Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter & Cherry Blossom Season are all amazing times to get away to the tranquil serenity of this lovely gem. If your preferred week is unavailable, please reach out to the owners anyway in the event the schedule opens up due to any last minute changes in plans. It happens. We do have waitlists from which have had good results in some cases for new guests. We can be flexible during the Winter and Holiday seasons if a full seven days doesn't work for your plans, so don't hesitate to inquire about seasonal or longer term options if you need some flexibility to make this unique and enchanted compound your own.
