This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families, friend groups, and multi-generation beach vacations. Linens and bath towels are included — just bring your beach towels!

The home features two primary suites with private bathrooms, including one conveniently located on the first floor with no steps, ideal for guests who prefer main-level living. Sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds, giving everyone a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach.

Inside you'll find bright modern-coastal décor, an open living space, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals and gathering together. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer, gas grill, and outdoor patio for relaxing evenings. Guests will also find a few beach chairs and adult bikes available to enjoy during their stay.

Amazing stay

This was a perfect spot for our family and friend trip. We hadn’t all seen each other in years and we had the best time all staying together at this home. The rooms were perfect, communication with the hosts were perfect, location was wonderful and the home was clean, spacious and accessible. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Sundance. The home was clean, had amazing amenities. The home was very close to the boardwalk, waterpark and restaurants. Our kids loved the "kids corner" ( one of the closets converted to a clubhouse for kids). 10/10 we would love to stay at Sundance again.

Family at the beach

We loved this vacation rental! It was convenient to the beach, beautifully decorated and spacious, The pool was also convenient to the townhouse. The online welcome guide provided by the hostess was informative and helpful. It was a wonderful place to stay. On our next trip to Rehoboth, we will definitely stay there!

Immaculate Home with Exceptional Hosts

The home was spotless—immaculately clean from top to bottom—which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The owner was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.One of the standout features for us was the first-floor bedroom. It was perfect for my parents, who are both over 70, and appreciated not having to navigate stairs.
