Great Option

We really enjoy staying here. It is a great location for when we are there to work & also close enough to downtown. My only complaint is that they need more options for channel selection on the TV.

Wonderful property

Great location minutes from the beach. Wonderful neighborhood. The property is just as described. Game room was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when coming to Rehoboth Beach!

Great vacation house for a group

We had a great time with 3 different families with teens. Plenty of room and game room was terrific! Kitchen well equipped for cooking. The floors were a bit dirty/slippery so I recommend bringing house shoes. The location was a quick drive (or easy bike ride) to the town and beach.. thanks so much!

Awesome Place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We couldnt have asked for a better location. We made it out on Cape Henlopen, to the outlets, mini golf, boardwalk and dinner all with a drive time of 5-30 min. Megan was very responsive when we had to reach out. We are definitely going to keep this on our places to stay again when we make it back to rehoboth

Third stay at this wonderful home, away from home with my husband, our kids and nephew (11, 13 & 14 yr olds). Highlight is always the game room, the well-stocked kitchen and spacious areas. Location is perfect and parking is plentiful. Communication with owner is timely, within checkin and checkout a breeze! Until next time, we left with more fond memories.

Awesome location, near amenities and only 10 min from the beach. Great number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Had a major house issue come up in the middle of the stay and it took hours for the owners to respond but when they finally did, they took care to fix the problem. Would stay again.

we stayed a few days for some shopping and dining in the area- the house is located conveniently close to 1 shopping areas-but is on a main road- you can hear traffic at times but it’s not bad, and you are adjacent to an area to walk with your dog if needed- the keyless entry is the easiest ive ever used- the house has everything u might need for a stay including a start on paper supplies- the game room is great- loved the shuffleboard- the host is very responsive and accommodating- we will definitely stay again when visiting-

2023 family vacation house review

This house checked all the boxes for us! The location is great and convenient to both the beach and shopping. It was clean with no odors and the decor was current. The game room is a nice bonus, along with the board games that had us laughing until we cried! It’s an overall nice place to stay and we look forward to returning next year:))

Great Family Vacation Spot

This is my third time staying at this property. I return, because I know that everything will be just as it is stated. The property is always immaculate. The owner also provides a lot of items, those things that you might forget. The neighborhood is quiet. It is located so close to shopping and the beaches. Can’t wait to go back this summer.

Family Vacation

This was our second year in a row using this beach house and it lived up to every expectation! Megan is always extremely responsive. The house is conveniently located near the grocery store and outlets, and is a 10 minute drive to the beach. Check in was smooth as always and the house was very clean upon our arrival. My husband and boys spent lots of time in the game room playing air hockey and fuseball. We even occupied ourselves w/ the Perfection game one night. Our Cavapoodle loved walks in the quiet neighborhood every morning and afternoon. I also enjoyed the sitting area in the back porch. Can't wait for next summer!

Pleasant quiet location

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the home and location. The home was well decorated and well kept. The game room was used and some of the table games were missing game pieces but we made it work. A few appliances had clearly not been treated well by previous clients so we spent some time cleaning before we could safely use them. The best part of our stay was the host.. she was kind & responsive.

First stayed here July 2021, back again this year for our annual 4th of July beach trip to Lewes! Excellent location & easy access parking, off a main road.. beautiful, clean home, plenty of amenities (including beach chairs!), prompt communication by owner & the spacious game room is a highlight! Wish we could’ve stayed an extra day, just to hangout at the house.. and try out the grill/deck:) Never enough time, as we’re off to nearby beaches, the water slides & visiting with family. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome game room - great location - room for everyone!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in January. Our party included age ranges from 6 to 72. Megan was awesome with reservations and check in - extremely responsive. The place is well laid out and the game room was the best we have had in a rental. Hours of fun for all! Location is great - easy access to all. Needed to bring our own bedding and towels, but that made us all the more comfortable - especially in this Covid environment. My opinion - all things being considered - best bang for your buck on VRBO right now!
