Spacious Home-Steps Away From Quiet Beach-Nature and Wildlife-Pet Friendly!
Spacious single-floor home with a very short walk to quiet bay beach. The back deck and sunroom face west over Primehook National Wildlife Refuge. Stunning sunsets while dining in the air-conditioned sunroom make this area one of the favorite rooms to spend time in. A large open floor plan in the front part of the house offers peeks of Delaware Bay and sunrises offer spectacular views while enjoying a morning coffee. A large main bedroom with an adjoining spacious full bathroom includes a two person tub. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing away the day's salt and sand. Access to the private bay beach is available to renters and is just a short walk away. Dogs are allowed on the beach; however picking up after them and keeping them on a leash are required. The solitude of Primehook is undeniable as are the opportunities to see wildlife and bird watch. The nearby charming and small town of Milton is home to the world-famous Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and numerous stores and restaurants. A short 15-minute drive gets you there.
