Outstanding property! Easily accommodated the 7 of us. Loved the open space in the living area, made great use of the exceptional enclosed front porch, and appreciated the 3-minute walk to Dogfish Head Restaurant. Our favorite Rehoboth stay in 7 years of vacationing!

Great kitchen and outdoor grills, plenty of bathrooms, fun screened in porch, excellent a/c control in each room. Parking for 3 in the driveway and an on-street pass. Close enough to beach and restaurants. Could be even better with premium bedsheets and pillows. Excellent visit overall.

Great place. The en-suite bathrooms were great for our group. Also Murphy beds very helpful and common space very spacious. My husband enjoyed the screened in porch for early work calls.

Recently stayed here with some friends for a get together in March. Perfect location to all that downtown Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Very nice property and easy check in and check out with excellent communication with property owner. Highly recommend.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property. Great location, within walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and beach. The cottage was just as described. We will definitely be staying here again

My host was very quick with all communication and helpful . His house is wonderful, so I clean, all the amenities you could ever want. Location is so close to the stores, restaurants etc. and a doable walk to the beach. We went in Dec so it was not an issue.

Family Vacation

We had the best stay for our family vacation. The house was as described and as pictured, it was very clean upon arrival, and very cozy. Our kids loved the murphy beds in particular! It was an easy walk to the boardwalk but set back enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Fantastic house! Beds comfy with bathroom in 3 of 4 bedrooms was awesome, plus a 4th bathroom., and shower outside! Modern kitchen and fully stocked equipment for serious cooking, baking and grilling.location perfect to town. Kevin the host extremely communicative and helpful.
